COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE TRASH COMPANY. Towed my car out of a handicap spot when I have a VALID handicap placard. Then proceeded to tell me it was "200 f****ng dollars" after I asked how much I would be paying to get my car out of the lot. I was obviously upset and asked him how he expected a handicap person to walk across a apartment complex and he said "call the guy you're there to see and get him to pick you up" he then tried to charge me an extra $50 for being "disrespectful" after he cussed at me and I did so back. I accidentally put oil in my radiator in a new high tech car. I was afraid to drive it. Harry's came picked up car in my driveway and dropped it off at the BMW dealership giving the dealership details and who the car belonged too. It was fixed by the next day. Harry's wrecker was great. read more

Harry's Towing is a towing company that takes advantage of college kids and tows their cars knowing they don't have cash on them. One of the towers saw me walking to my car and blocked me from getting into my vehicle while the driver aggressively backed into my vehicle and lifted it before even hooking it up, demanding $80 to drop it there or $160 to get it from the lot. When i offered $80, only asking to get money from my account, because I didn't have the $160, the driver, Rick, laughed in my face and said "where are you going to get that". He then pushed me away and hooked my car up and sped off, almost running over my foot. The man is rude, manipulative, and a down right scum bag that just wants money. read more

I was stranded on ETSUs campus with a still unknown issue with my Subaru today. Harry's called me immediately and was there to assist me in less than 15 minutes and had me to the dealership even faster. The guy who picked me up was super nice and helpful and knew what he was doing. Had the car up in 5 minutes. Made a crappy situation a little less crappy! Definitely recommend and if you have Travelers insurance, this is one of the companies they use for roadside assistance! read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone after the experience I had with them. This company was called to my neighbor's house to tow a disabled vehicle and they were so incompetent that they got the tow truck stuck in the yard and had to call a rollback to come and tow them out. I had just gotten out of bed and went to let my dog outside when I noticed the rollback vehicle was backed into my driveway almost to my fence. I was on my back deck and told the two drivers that my driveway was not a public road. The response I got was I was not using my driveway so they were going to and I told them no and one of the drivers, who I assume is the owner of the company told me to shut my damn mouth and get my ass back in the house. I told him that he could not tell me what to do on my property and that I was going to call the police and he told me to call the fucking police and tell them it was Harry's Towing and that he worked for them too. They were gone by the time that the police officer arrived, but it was clear from the tracks in my driveway and the clumps of mud left in the road that they had been there. They also left the yard next door in a horrible mess. I have informed all surrounding police departments of the behavior of the drivers for this company. These people illegally trespass on someone's property and when they are called out try to intimidate a disabled woman. read more

Progressive hired this company to pick up my bike that broke down right before a rain storm. They gave a 90 minute estimate of when they would arrive. After 90 minutes of waiting under a small ledge in the rain, I called to follow up. They said that they were in route. 45 minutes later, i called again. They then told me that they were not coming. Over TWO HOURS in the rain at night! Absolutely awful! I slept under a bridge like a homeless person and had to walk 8.7 miles home because of these idiots! read more
