From the time I first talked to Chris on the phone until the time I pulled my car out he was absolutely hands down the most trusted and humble person that's ever worked on my vehicle.... He's just one of those rare people that you very seldom meet anymore that goes out of his way to help another. Especially, when you drive up and the first thing he does is open the hood and looks at my issue and said without hesitation... no worries that's a quick fix!!!.....and believe he stopped everything he was doing to fix my car..... and when I ask him if he worked on German made vehicles very often he humbling said I sure do....I'm a BMW certified specialist..... he even checked out some extra things to make sure it was safe for me to drive to Asheville to pick up my son. No one has ever done that for me except for my dad..... The charge was so minimal for everything he did ....it was almost like he just wanted to make sure I was safe. Thank you Chris for being so kind and trustworthy. I could never thank you enough for helping someone you didn't even know. All of us need to do better in recognizing those that go out of their way to help another. Look forward to my next visit! Because, no one else will ever touch my car again..... expect for Riffey's Auto...and that's a promise.... Amy Shortt

I stopped here and they made the time that night to help me get my car fixed so I can be on the road again in the morning. They were super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable!! Their prices were reasonable and they took the time to additionally discuss potential problems and solutions I may come across with my older car. People often refuse to work on my Prius because it is a hybrid, so I was impressed that they were able to work on it and discuss its mechanics. They were truly a blessing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
