That isn't appropriate advice for caring for an engine. They told me a price to repair the car. They increased the price the following day when the car was ready for pickup. They lied about leaving voice mail for me to come get the car, they lied about the price, then they tried to gaslight me about it. They told me that they were unable to get all of the diagnostic codes on the first day and I would have to come back another time to get the rest of the diagnostic codes. They also told me I would have to pay AGAIN to do diagnostics. Why charge $189 for diagnostics if you can't DO COMPLETE DIAGNOSTICS? Do them the fist time! LIARS, CHEATS, and FRAUDS. They told me before doing repairs that it would fix the problem. After they were paid they told me that it might not fix the problem and I would have to come back if it didn't fix the problem. Aren't they supposed to be trained by the car manufacturer in auto repair? They are a Volvo dealership, so one would expect them to KNOW how to repair Volvos. The only things they are good at is lying, cheating, and they are very good at being VERY BAD people AND mechanics. ROTTEN from the top down. They don't know how to fix basic mechanical issues. Not repairing vehicles correctly and fully the first visit seems to be a business strategy to make more money. If they don't fix it the first time, they expect you to come back to them and pay more money on a second trip, perhaps even a third trip. There are only 2 options: they don't know how to repair a basic issue on a Volvo at a Volvo Dealership or they are LIARS, CHEATS, and CONMEN. I would have chosen ZERO stars but that was not an option. They don't deserve 1 star.
