It also put us a day behind in getting car repaired. A phone call would have been appreciated...instead I sat secure in the knowledge it had been towed when in fact it had not been. Horrible service....unprofessional business. Does not answer my calls today. Have left numerous messages. Definitely DO NOT recommend this individual.

As it turned out, it was the hydraulic unit and Ford had discontinued that major part.
