I took it to three other body shops around town and each one told me I'd have to wait a few weeks for the part and pay over $300 when it arrived. James at B & E Collision took one look at it and offered to fix the splash shield instead of replacing it - AND HE DID THE WORK THAT SAME DAY! James also re-attached some loose front bumper clips and replaced my left rear brake light. B & E is just superior; the best body shop in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Most importantly they do not foist unneeded repairs on their customers. This is a full service auto repair shop. Not just oil and filter changes. One example: I have a reasonably high end car that the turn signal lights kept burning out due to a design defect. The dealership charges hundreds of dollars to replace a $5.00 light bulb because they said the bumper had to be removed. When I took it to Express Oil, I watched them take out a bolt, loosen another then reach down and replace the bolt. What was almost a thousand dollars and a day at the dealership was a matter of minutes and $15.00 at Express Oil.
