I recently found this shop again and wanted to share my experience from last year. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited here after being referred by others who said they had received similar work done at this location. When I arrived, I was told that they did not work on my type of vehicle or perform the service I needed. What confused me was that I had been told by multiple people that they had received the same or similar service from this shop. The information I was given beforehand did not match what happened when I arrived. I cannot say why I was turned away, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I would recommend that the shop clearly communicate what vehicles and services they accept so customers can avoid wasting their time. read more

This place valued my time and charged 1\3 of what everyone else was asking. Compared the services requested with inspection and gave me exactly what was needed. Felt like brand new vehicle when drove out of shop with lifetime warranty on parts\work....can't beat that! Highly recommend this establishment. read more

I took my subaru to them to get an alignment and upon arrival very carefully told them my clutch is out. Which at the time it barely slipped under 20 psi on stage 1 tune. I just said this so they'd be extra careful. I had it detuned to stock and it never slipped. As soon as I get the car back the clutch is slipping 24/7 all the way through 3rd not even at1 psi. And I'm a broke college kid so now I have to deal with this. Drive it 4 hours with literally no clutch home and find out how to change it myself because shops in Nashville will charge 2k+ and now I can't drive it to my friends who could've done it for free. It'd be one thing if this was it but the last time I went I took my Toyota and they didn't have the decency to tell me before hand that cuz the tires are worn to this alignment it probably won't fix it. Due to my negligence they do it and I drive a away and it's still pulling to the right so I go back they flip the tires around twice and I leave with it worse then before and have to re rotate all the tires before driving home to how they were. Needless to say I'll never support them again in my life and I'd genuinely pay 2x myself and even pay the difference for other people to go somewhere else just by how wrong I feel I was done. read more

2010 camaro ss wearing front tires on inside..they went over with me what problem was and cost to repair very reasonable..First class people

I have been there several times with my car,, And they are great! good service, reasonable, won't go anywhere else..

They always communicate very well and do fantastic work. They are always busy but seem to always fit me in.

"Do not recommend" Owner did not care that his employees replaced parts not authorized. You just don't do unauthorized work. We went in with an estimate of $200. Called back today they said it would be $360. Got there 2 hours later and it was $600. They are crooks. Not even a phone call. read more

Had a flat at work and they got me right in and out in less than 20 minutes! Great service and very friendly staff!

Fast and affordable service. Went in for brakes and was called 2 hours later. Will return to have all my work done here.

I went here to get my tire repaired. I told him that I needed a nail removed & the hole plugged, plus the tire rebalanced to what it had been. He replied that, "he could only do what the machine would allow him to do." I told him, fine, whatever. He pulled part of the nail out of the tire, he sprayed water on the tire (without removing the tire from the truck!), then said he couldn't find a leak! I told him to back my truck out, went to the office & got my $8 back! I took my truck elsewhere- they removed the tire from the truck, dunked it in a water bath, found the leak, plugged it, rebalanced it to what it had been & remounted it, & only charged me $10.50, which I was happy to pay for such great service! I am an auto Mechanic and the owner of http://www.skfautomotive.com/index.html , Last summer i took a trip to see my girlfriend in Kingsport Tn, i was driving through Virginia when my air conditioning stopped working. once i arrived my girlfriend suggested Yankee's Auto as she had previous work done there and was happy with the service. we dropped the car off the next morning and by noon Anthony the service advisor called and said the AC compressor hoses needed new "o"ring seals , i told them to go ahead and do the repairs. I was impressed with the good fast service and very happy at the thought of driving 12 hours home with a nice cold air conditioner. This is a good shop and would recommend them without hesitation. I recently needed brake pads and rotors (and an oil change) The price was inline with and just a tad below what I expected and the work was done quickly while I waited-it took right around an hour. Brakes are working perfectly and no longer making noise. The people seemed honest and willing to answer questions, very polite and courteous. I'll be back (but hopefully not soon.) read more

As I was traveling through on my way from Black Mountain, NC to my home in Edgerton, OH, my left front strut finally gave way (both had needed replaced for some time, but I was getting as many miles as I could out of them...214K ). Having been raised in the area till age 13, I have a lot of family still in the area, and was stopping over for the night with my aunt/uncle. My uncle referred me to Yankee's Bee Line, and couldn't have been more impressed. I told them my situation and they got me right in, and was done in just over two hours. I was extremely blessed and am very thankful for your customer service and expertise. I highly recommend their service! read more
