I picked up my bike and it was backfiring and sound like crap. When I talked to the head mechanic, he said " I can't fix it". In the beginning he told me he was a master mechanic on Suzuki. Lousy service. Now I have to pay a real mechanic to fix my bike. I would give this shop a zero rating.

I basically had a lay down sale for them but the communication was horrible......... since Monday I just asked for 2 simple request but they couldn't get me the information requested, 3 days later after useless back and forth communication I called another motorcycle retailer and bought a motorcycle elsewhere!!! Their loss! It only took less than an hour to make a deal with another dealership. It's true what others say about this place! It's sad because a sale for them puts money into the pockets to the owner, salesperson, city/state and more. Greg the OWNER is a JOKE!!!
