When I arrived I asked Brian how much it was, and I was floored when he gave me a VERY reasonable bill. I can't find any reason to take my cars anywhere else from this point forward. Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. When we called back to give info about who to contact about the payment issue, the guy was short, aggressive and rude to OUR receptionist. Our insurance company spoke with the same guy multiple times and we still received a certified letter threatening to sue. Just feels like the whole situation could have been diffused had they taken a moment to explain things to us with the courtesy you should treat human beings with verses the disrespect we received. I am unable to attest to the quality of work, but I wouldn't put my blood pressure through interacting with this group ever again.

We know that he knew about these things because he cleaned the snow off the car himself when they picked it up. They had to fix that out of pocket right off the lot. The car has overheated every day and we found duct tape on the valve covers. He patched it long enough to dump it on some kids. Despicable person. He has been given several opportunities to make it right, but refuses to even let them trade it for something else. He should be ashamed of himself.
