But they gave me a warranty on the job, went up there several times during regular business hours but no one was there and now they are supposed to be out of business, but they are still limiting windows. We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

After speaking to the owner he assured me they would rectify all the left over issues. The good news is they did fix the installation defects and sound quality but created more issues in the process. Now they cannot find the cigarette lighter, There are cuts in the leather, scratches on the paint. Vehicle tag was missing when I went to pick it up. One of the convertible flaps was off and his comment was that is a factory defect, it was not a defect when it got there? . I actually showed him how to put it back on. This lack of caring is what I experienced the first time, now again the second time. The good news is the system sounds great and the back up camera works great, the window tint is perfect. I did experience the bait and switch on pricing from what I was quoted. They are great guys , very busy which is part of the problem I feel. In my opinion if they would slow down and put more emphasis on quality these little errors would not keep occurring as in my experience with them has shown. Make sure you get a quote in writing and make sure you take pictures of the interior and exterior before dropping off your vehicle. They still have not call with the missing parts to the car.

There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. I returned the next morning, and he went to work right away. The windshield tinting took only about 30 minutes and looks great. I appreciate the honesty of not selling me something I didn't need, and for making a suggestion that really helped reduce interior heat. I will definitely return for my next tinting needs.

They don't care about the customer AT ALL…read more I had an older Explorer they worked on.. products were decent but the customer service was horrible and prices exorbitant. I've had several vehicles customized since then, (Lexus, Audi, F-250) and have gladly driven to JC from Kingsport rather than settling for Dashboard.
