This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.
