Wish I could provide a review of this company's work but we could never get them to do anything…read more Their answering service (receptionist or whatever) was very nice but they never called back. Called several times and talked to a nice lady who provided good information and continually promised "they" (let's just say the worker guy) would call and schedule a time for service. Never happened... he never called back. Admittedly, we're about a 40 minute drive from their office in Johnson City out on the other side of Kingsport, but, we provided that information and were assured that we were in the service area. Not sure what else to tell you. If you are in Johnson City maybe they will call you back. Heck, you might get lucky and they might even show up. Then again... based on experience... don't be surprised if your call to Glass Doctor is a waste of your time.

Story time. This place is trash by the way. So I hit a deer on a Sunday it shattered my windshield…read more I went online and booked an appointment for Saturday. They let me know that they were there and they were going to get started on the repair. But before they started the work he needed my debit card, so I gave him my card, when most companies ask for your debit card after the work is done. And they proceeded to fix my windshield, then I get a call saying they can't do the work because the deer damaged the pinch weld and they wouldn't be able to set it right, ok I get it, this review is not because the work not getting done, the review is because they charged my debit card for services not rendered. So I call the tech and he says he called his supervisor and said it should be put back instantly, it wasn't. Then I called him back and he said within 24 hours, it wasn't. So I called them Monday and they say it's not showing a charge on their end, so i sent him the receipt to show that the money was taken out of my account through email. So now im waiting for them to get back in touch with me. I have sent my car to another shop to get the pinch weld fixed and glass put in at the same place. So here is my review 1- place is straight Trash. 2. Customer Service-Trash. 3. Overall experience-Trash. Would not recommend, find another glass company, so you don't get robbed!! Overall rating- GARBAGE!!
