The service here is amazing! Marcel is awesome! He was very accomodating, helpful and with great professional insights about golf. Joey is such a delight to watch while cutting and regripping the clubs. He surely knows what he is doing and will not be bored waiting. And Daniel is so patient in making transfer orders from another branch! This place definitely has a great teamwork, making things easy and everything work together. I'm so happy with my first visit here and will for sure be a regular in this place. Service is topnotch, with great variety of selections and good value for your money's worth!

Broken driver shaft

Every time I've ever been here the staff had been very patient and helpful. I ask a lot of newbie questions and they never make me feel dumb. They always spent the time to explain the issues to me. Yesterday, I brought in a broken driver shaft and wanted to have my Irons checked. Bryon is an amazing employee. He spent of a lot time helping me resolve my broken shaft issue by the quickest and most inexpensive means. He also gave me honest guidance on how to address the issues with my irons. Bryon and the rest of the crew are always customer service oriented and want to help me solve my problems. I never feel like they BS me or try to upsell me. For this reason and more, I'll always take the time to drive 45 mins to Riverside to buy golf products from here over just ordering on Amazon. 10/10 recommend Bryon and this store.

I haven't been to a Roger Dunn golf shop in many many years. Walked in and was blown away. Was overwhelmed in a good way. I needed to get a few clubs re-gripped. Three guys asked if I needed help and yes, I did. Think it was the manager but he helped me pick out grips for my wedges, putter, and driver. He explained the difference in material and texture, thickness, and color. Staff was able to re-grip 5 clubs under 15 minutes while I waited. Prices are very fair. Great store, products, and service.

Going in as a buyer is great! The selection is massive and at a good price. Going in as a seller usually isn't that great.

So very sorry, Brandon, that it's taken this long to finally post a review. I been swamped with overtime at work and not much time to do anything else. The story: Brandon asked me what exactly I was looking to accomplish with a driver fitting. I told him my distance is great but I rarely know where it's going. Especially after having lost 50lbs in 2 months my swing was just all over the place and was gaming a 65x tensei black which I think was just too much shaft for me after losing all that weight. Lost a lot of muscle mass and strength as well. Normal distance with driver is around 280 give or take but it could go anywhere and usually costs me too many strokes to contend in tournaments. I told Brandon I don't mind giving up some distance to stay in the fairway. After that initial discussion he got to work right away. It wasn't too long before we discovered a couple shafts that really tightened up my dispersion. Side note: with the weight loss my swing speed also dropped from 105+ to around 95+... sad I know. But I really wanted something I could just swing easy with and find the fairway. We ultimately went with the Ventus Blue Velocore 55 stiff and man did it do wonders. First round out with it I hit 11 fairways up from my avg of 5. The fairways that I did miss were one that I hit through the fairway on a hard dogleg right. The others were barely in the rough only a few yards and that's because I got crazy and tried to be cute and unnecessarily shape the ball. No need for that when the ball is already going to middle with very little effort. During the fitting with the ventus on, he told me to "get after one" which I did. Caught it great 293 in the fairway at 104 mph swing speed. So I could still "get after em... just not regularly. Avg swing speed down to mid to high 90s was getting me around 265 in the fairway and that's exactly what I was looking for. Given the flight that I play in on the usamtour, most holes for me, even at 265 off the tee, are still almost always driver, wedge on par 4s. Better accuracy with less effort. Brandon Jones got me just that. Thanks again, Brandon. Now if I could just stop working so much and actually play again to bring that avg up. New season starts late October so we'll see.

I do not recommend this business. I went in trying to get some advice and quotes and was in and out…read morewithin minutes. The guy gave me no answers or can't even hold a conversation and was too busy trying to get back to watching the Dodger game. I wanted to get my clubs fitted and didn't seem helpful at all. Didn't ask me any questions about what club I had or anything. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this business. Do not come here waste of time !

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes from the Chicago store, they were great. They did not have my size in…read moreone pair so they ordered it and shipped it to me. That was great. That pair of shoes were coming from the magnolia store (185) where they only sent me the right side. I had to call original store who directed me to call the fulfillment store (magnolia) who then told me they couldn't help me and had me call customer service, customer service then sent me back to the Chicago store to return the one shoe and order another pair. The Chicago store did not want the shoe because I only had one, they called customer service again who then told me to drive to pick up the other shoe at the Magnolia store. Which was another 20 minute drive. This was ridiculous and not worth the time or the effort!! I'll just go to the Vans store next time.

They know how to irritate paying customers by not allowing us to shop comfortably without being Harassed and Followed like we are criminals. This employee that I never got his name had the audacity to say let me move this cart because it's in the way. No Sir, the only thing in my way is You! Please avoid shopping here if you aren't comfortable with ignorant employees and the shoe selection is the worst too! Thank you
