He ended up getting what he needed, but we didn't shop further, & we won't be back. I worked in customer service for the Longest time, I was shocked by the lack of education of this employee. This is No way to treat people. We'll be giving another establishment our money, & we were ready to drop a lot as I'm getting into golf myself. They need to retrain their employees.

He said they were the Ferrari of club fitters. "Master Fitter" had me hit my 7 iron and then had me hit different 6 irons. He ran the numbers on the "optimizer" and said I could only get 10 yards more from my 7 iron and that the club was doing its job. Stopped the iron fitting there and went to driver. Today, Jeff had me warm up, casually asking about my game, usual ball flight etc. He explained to me the potential causes of my misses. One of the reasons being, the club was too light. He gave me a lot of really priceless swing tips. We worked on with different shafts and heads... he explained the process and connected it to my swing. He put stickers on the face to show where I was hitting the ball. He always reviewed distance trends and took in to account the flight of my misses. Thankfully I was able to execute his tips and the average carry of my 7 iron was amazing. On course, my TOTAL distance would be 120. After Jeff's club and swing magic, my CARRY was 130. Total sometimes 140-150. So excited to get my new set of irons. My only regret is I didn't come here first. I'll be coming back here for woods and have him check with driver I got from. Club champion. I really wish I went here first. Iron fitting was $150 but the swing tips alone I feel was so much more. Will be telling everyone to come here. I called about a week ahead to schedule an iron fitting with Jeff. Heads up: his schedule fills up quick (for good reason), so definitely book early if you want a spot. As a beginner golfer, I was on the fence about getting fit. I had just bought a brand new set of irons without any kind of fitting and kept hearing mixed opinions--some people say fittings are a waste for beginners, others say it's the best time to get one. I figured it couldn't hurt to get everything checked and make sure my gear matched my swing. From the moment I walked in, Jeff was super friendly and welcoming. He brought me to the back fitting area and had me warm up with my current setup. Right away, he noticed what needed tweaking. I'd originally been told to use regular shafts as a beginner, but after watching me hit a few, Jeff recommended stiff shafts instead. I tried a few options and ended up going with the KBS Tour 120g stiff shafts--they gave me the most consistent ball flight and tightest dispersion. What I really appreciated was how Jeff didn't just run me through numbers--he also gave me tips on my swing, helped me understand what we were looking for, and just made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We joked around, had some good small talk, and the whole session flew by. We even had some time left over, so he threw in a quick golf ball fitting too. I tested a few and we landed on the TaylorMade TP5x and Srixon Z-Star Diamond. In the end, we made a few key changes: a slightly flatter lie angle, a small adjustment in club length, and the switch to a stiffer shaft. Nothing drastic, but enough to make a big difference in consistency and feel. The whole fitting lasted around 90 minutes and cost $150. Yeah, it's a little more than a big box store, but 100% worth it. You're getting high-level insight and guidance from someone who truly knows his craft. My husband and I had the worst experience with the Redlands Golf Galaxy Store. Saturday morning we…read moregolfed and my husband's Ping driver shaft broke right after he hit the ball. No biggie he thought he'd just take it back to Golf Galaxy in Redlands where he purchased less than 4 months ago. That's was our big mistake purchasing it from Golf Galaxy in Redlands. Lee, the Store Manager accused my husband of breaking the club intentionally by snapping it half. All my husband asked for was a new shaft not a new club just the shaft since it was in the one year warranty time frame. Lee could have given my husband a shaft off the shelf and shipped the broken shaft back to Ping no skin off this Company teeth just ship it back. But No Lee refused to assist my husband in obtaining a replacement shaft unless he purchased it. Well my husband and Lee went round and round about just replacing the shaft. Ultimately he asked my husband to leave the store and even after my husband explained to Lee he had a competitive tournament next week Lee was not moved. That's where I come in. We still had a broken shaft so I called Golf Galaxy corporate spoke with a really nice and helpful guy he advised me in order to get it replaced we would have to take the shaft to an authorized dealer. For me it was either Golf Galaxy 5 mins away or Roger Dunn 30 min away. Well there was my mistake I too had little conversation with Lee. He was the rudest Manager I've ever met. He accused my husband of slamming his broken shaft on the equipment repair counter at the back of the store and then he changed his story to my husband slamming it into the palm of an employee causing injury by leaving splinters. That's when it gets interesting. Then he said he had it on video. Well shot if my husband truly did this of course I'd want to see the video. So I said show me the video I want to see this video. When I said this his demeanor changed. I then realized this dude is lying to me to shut me up. Well he didn't want to show me the video and when I confronted him about lying to my husband about not being able to find the sale in his records, telling my husband it was his first day there at the store then changing it to being there 10 years he became agitated. We went around and around about customer service or lack there of and I told him how Roger Dunn would not treat there customers like this he told me to just go to Roger Dunn. I told him No we purchased the club there and I wasn't driving 35 minutes to Roger Dunn. He inferred he did not have to replace the shaft . He said once we make a sale it's on the customer. Finally he took the shaft but said there was no guarantee that Ping would honor there warranty because where the shaft broke. I explained to him again I was there and witnessed the shaft breaking. Husband hit the ball shaft broke and that's what happened end of story. He handed me a receipt for the broken shaft and here I am just a frustrated as can be. Lee needs to take a class in Customer Relationship and maybe do some mentoring with the Upland Store Manager we didn't get his name but great customer service skills.

Parking is ample as it is in a huge lot with other establishments. The inside is really clean and huge! They have a wide selection of companies they carry in stock on the floor - Titleist, Callaway, Taylormade, etc. They also have a section for used items and some of the items look like new! In the back, they have a golf simulator where some people were there to hit some golf balls. They also have a section where you can customize your golf clubs and regrip them. It appears that they also offer golf lessons.

My husband took about 150 swings with so many varieties of clubs u til he found the right club and head for his playing style. The entire time William gave feedback, evaluated his swing and kept making adjustments to the shaft and head. Seemed like about 20 different variations were performed. My husband opted not to purchase a new club after the session because he will not have time to play for a few months during his coaching season so we just had to pay for an irons evaluation. All of the evaluations are stored in my husband's account and he can go back anytime to order a club with a 90 day guarantee.
