My husband coaches youth basketball for i9 Sports and was buying equipment for his team. At checkout, the cashier immediately said the coupon looked fake without even taking the time to look at it. The coupon literally linked back to Dick's Sporting Goods' website. When we asked if a manager could review it, we were told the manager wouldn't honor it either. After spending time shopping and filling our cart, we left feeling dismissed and frustrated. This store has equipment, apparel and gear for the serious outdoors/adventure- rough-tuff, serious-bad ass person. Their products are primarily targeted for military personnel, law enforcement, first responders, firefighters or serious outdoor survivalists. I have purchased several items from 5.11 since its early inception due to my long years of service in the USMC from 1998 to 2007. Many of the gear I have from 5.11 have endured the test of time, combat and rough terrain. Today, I still purchased their products since they also have a wide choice of urban, city wear with unique and versatile use.

The REVR CM7 city bike throttle control has a safety concern that I was not aware of when purchasing and I'm not comfortable with which we realized while taking on a bike ride over the weekend. We knew they had a 7 day return policy (which we were still in) however did not know or was NOT stated to us that also only 1 mile - which realistically you would not be able to get a full overall aspect of the bike handling. (I'm not newbie I've had other e-bikes for past 4 years). I stated in the form that we would like to come to some type of resolution/return regarding our safety concerns on this bike (as again we are at this point within the 7 days) and on other e-bike exchange for something still from their business. Gave email /phone number and nothing- even though I see their social media team is posting on their Riding 5 instagram page... so why not contact us to find some type of support or resolution??? Calling the phone number listed routes you in circles to one of their stores. BEWARE and be cautious when purchasing. They will not respond to you at all BEWARE
