Huber's has done a great job servicing my Mini Cooper. I had been going to Westchester Mini, but…read moreafter the warranty ended, it makes no sense sticking with the wildly over-priced dealer with their scams. I had an annual inspection at Mini of Westchester and wanted an all-wheel alignment. They said the tie rods bolts were stripped and I would need to replace them first for $1,800 and then the alignment would be $400. I said No. The next year at Huber's, I asked them for the alignment which they did for $200 and NOTHING about tie rods. After the alignment, the car drove noticeably better. Every cost for their service is half the cost the dealership charges. Good to have an honest and reasonably priced place to have my foreign car serviced.

We now are getting 4 tires and hope to get a good deal on them. :) Update : March 25 2021 Last week our car was in the shop. Took over 700 in repairs. They said if the check engine light came back on again to bring it in. Well Tuesday it did. Guess what another 700 it needs. We have been going to done right since we moved here. Never have I felt taken advantage of. I said to the person I have 4 kids and need some sort of reassurance this 700 will prevent it from crapping out on the Highway. They replied " you are asking me to be able to look in a crystal ball". I don't feel like I am I just would like to know I won't be in next week again. They said the car looks like it's never had a tune up which is weird because I've taken it to them since I bought it in 2019. I'm not sure what they missed or maybe I didn't ask the right questions. But I definitely feel like something is wrong. I told them to do the repairs. Unfortunately since that's the only car that fits all of us we don't have time to get a second opinion. Recently, I had taken my car to a dealership for an issue that I thought might require their…read moreexpertise. It turned out my car's rear differential needed to be replaced. The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!
