thru it all body shop in mount joy gets a fat zero in service. their techs did a adequate job. however the customer service was none existant. they started work before they were clear on what was supposed done. 2700 dollars worth before they even knew what was to be done. so an additional 500 to address the original reason to do the work. and then ignored my instructions for the bed liner so tail gate was never included but for a 100 more. you seeing a pattern yet. read more

I was in an accident that resulted in front bumper and undercarriage damage. I took my car to Thru-It-All the following morning. Staff was very friendly and although I didn't have an appointment, they took the time to inspect the damage to provide me a quote. They told me that everything was fine with the car and cosmetic repairs to the bumper was the only thing requiring repair (quoted at over $1,000) and I'd have to wait over a month for an appointment. Took it to another body shop and upon their inspection, found out that the washer reservoir was gutted, there was a 5 inch hole in the undercarriage as a result of towing, tires were completely misaligned, clips and wheel aligners were missing, and bumper pad was missing. I'm glad that I went somewhere else for a second opinion. read more

Had an awful experience at thru it all body shop. They held our car hostage because they claimed we owed them money because they spent more than money than insurance quoted for the job. Our car was in their shop almost a year. I would steer clear of this place. Awful customer service. My husband would call Luther to check the status of the repairs and would never get a call back. It is obvious they don't care about customers. They will try and get as much money as they can from you and your insurance company. read more

After someone hit my car and left no note I had to find a body shop. After looking at serval and getting quotes this was the BEST place. The quote wasn't the lowest but they matched/beat the lowest I had since it was only a few dollars. They were very friendly and personable. They kept to the quote timeline and cost. The area for customers was very clean and had a restroom. Luther and Melissa were great to talk to and work with. They were fun. They answered all my questions and treated me like a friend.
