I received a quote from The General, and the quote was a joke... John resubmitted a new quote, and sent all the additional documents that my insurance company needed. The day he gave me a quote, he ordered all the parts he needed. During the 5 days it took them to fix it, they updated me through text message, and even dealt with my phone calls. And while mowing a yard with tall grass I hit a rock with my mower and dented the driver side door. In all honesty I can be difficult to impress. Dents be gone didn't let me down at all. You can't even tell what spots on my Truck were dented. When I dropped my truck off I was told 3-4 hours it would be done. Took me 30 minutes to get to his home. On my way home I didn't even get to cross the Columbia Bridge and got a message he was already almost done. He updated me with pictures the entire time. Within 3 hours he was finished with my truck. The place is located in a nice neighborhood. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done to my truck. I did not get driver side door pics I apologize for that. But no one was telling me this until I called after two weeks of no updates. Front desk staff is incompetent. After my car got repaired, I had to bring it back days later because the rear sensors were not functioning correctly. They brought out the Nissan guy and now two weeks later the sensors are going haywire again. I brought it to the dealer who found numerous issues with the body work and loose sensors. This will be an additional $1,100 to fix. The day I got picked up by enterprise for my rental car, apparently two cars had been STOLEN the night before from the Crash Champions lot!!! They didn't even tell the owners until these people called the shop while I was in there for a status update! Overall a horrible and tedious experience. Completely unprofessional, inexperienced, wasting everyone's time and money. Shame on you. Do NOT come here.

I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us! I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price. While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.
