Outstanding service from start to finish. They removed several trees, including a huge one near our home, with total precision and care. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward -- you'd barely know any work was done. Except the absence of the trees. We had an 80-foot blue spruce come down in our backyard last weekend in the crazy wind storm. It took out two fences and destroyed a custom built treehouse and swing set. It was an absolute disaster! Alfredo and Jose came over last Monday and gave a fair proposal. They were here on Thursday and finished today (Saturday). Their crew of four men worked hard, took care of my property, and were very kind and respectful. They did exactly what they said they would, and it is like the tree was never there. I can be very a picky person to work for and can be a sceptic on hiring people to do work for me. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, it was worth the money, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Thanks for the hard work fellas!! read more

Great experience! Brian came to our door to see if we'd like an estimate on cutting down an Aspen tree in our front yard, along with any other things that we may like to have them look at. Alfredo, the owner, was gracious enough to offer us a VERY fair price to cut down and remove the tree AND they were able to execute the service right then. Wow! The precarious Aspen that was going to eventually fall onto our house was cut to the ground, removed and cleaned up right then; beautiful job. Not only that, but Alfredo shared his information with us to reach out to him for when we decide to have our yard zero-scaped and more trees trimmed. read more

I'm satisfied with their work and the response time was very timely. I had major dead branches in my tree and was worried about them falling in my yard or possibly on my dog, or me. Knocking door to door, paid in cash (questionable business practices?) to have three trees trimmed and was promised they would return in the spring if any branches were missed. Contacted them to come out, set an appointment and they never showed. Called several times to reschedule a time to come out and now they are ignoring/blocking my calls. Poor customer service, doesn't stand behind their work which is clearly sub par or they wouldn't need to return in the first place. read more

This crew is professional and friendly. They did a great job removing our large tree and cleaning up after. They were considerate of our property as well as our next door neighbors property. We were briefly outside with our 4 month old granddaughter when they stopped using their equipment because "we don't want to hurt the baby's ears". We plan on using them next spring to do a landscaping project in our front yard. Last year, Rodriquez Landscaping poured a cement walk way in our backyard and trimmed our evergreens in this area. Because of their quality of work and professionalism we have used them twice and planning a third time. read more

Do NOT hire this company! They replaced our concrete driveway and in less than a year it is already flaking and chipping. They will not warranty their work and want us to pay them again to repair it. Alfredo and his crew arrived a bit early to cut down our huge cottonwood tree in the back corner of our yard. They did a great job, cleaned everything up, even cut up some logs for us for tables and chairs and cut the stump to our specifications for our future use. And even though our tree is tree feet from our neighbors yard and hung over their yard considerably they dropped all the limbs and logs in our yard or in the green space behind. Alfredo is obviously very experienced and skilled with a chain saw. I highly recommend him. read more

The poured a new driveway for me. Didn't bother to raise the water meter pit cover and thus left a 4" drop in the concrete surface. Can't drive over something like that. They never return phone calls and didn't live up to promised fixes to the water meter pit. Very dissatisfied. read more

I too agree with the sentiments of the others who have posted here. Upon using them for several projects, they used my tools - ladder, electric drill, shovels, etc. When I told Alfredo the foreman about this, he blew it off and said it was just his stupid guys. If he wasn't watching them, they tried to get away with things. How true it is!!! Who knows what they tried to get away with. In the course of doing business with them, the price kept changing. And, of course, when they are half way through the project, that is when the price goes up. They really know how to have you over the barrel. One of the employees even asked me if I had any marijuana!!!.....Just because I have long hair? Do not use this company. They are awful, lazy, slap shot, dishonest, perpetually late, and always have an excuse when something goes wrong. The company is run by Alfredo Rodriguez. But his brother-in-law seems to be one of the head guys. The only one that seems to care or put in good work is the fat guy that paints. Save your time. Save your money. Save your headaches. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I like to hire independents and minority's, but this group leaves a real bad taste..unfortunately ruining it for those honest & hard working folks. Horrible. They reached out to me regarding some brush I needed to get removed. I had recently trimmed up another tree and worked out a time and a price for them to just come pick it up. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price that worked and that I would drag it out to the front of the driveway to make it easier ad quicker for them to pick it up. They said they would be out the following day to pick it up "early", which I was fine with. After more back and forth on a specific time in order for me to ensure I would be home and also take the time to move it from the backyard to the front driveway, they provided me the time they would be by. Woke up, got everything in place and waited.....and waited. After reaching back out to them multiple times over the next couple hours while waiting, still no response whatsoever. this couldnt have been an easier job and essentially just completely stood me up. Waited around all day and dragged brush all over the place, which caused quite a bit of mess, and now had to drag it around some more in order for me and my wife to get in and out of the driveway. Big pain and just an overall horrible experience for what should have been a 5 minute job that THEY reached out to me on. Im a first time homeowner and have a lot of work I will be contracting out. Didnt pay too much attention to the reviews because wasnt looking for anything major, just some brush removal. They couldnt even handle that properly. Gave them a shot, and they messed it up and handled the whole situation poorly. Take note of this review and the others and look elsewhere. read more

Beware: I received a quote $20,000 for a partial back yard and side yard landscape. The work was never completed. I paid part of the quote for part of the work. We separated on bad terms but I thought I would just take a $14,000 lesson and know better next time. I just got a notice that Rodriquez Landscaping is placing a lien on my property. Don't do business with this company ; let everyone you know they are dishonest. read more

I had a neighbor that was working for this company and he said they could remove a large tree branch that had fallen on the fence between our yards. (I had been trying to find a company to come out, but the ones I had contacted were backed up 3 weeks) They asked for cash but were able to come out right away. I contracted with them to remove 5 bushes, trim two trees and remove all debris. They were hard at work when we returned home from church, but had small children on site. I was concerned for the kids so invited them into the back yard to play while the crew finished up. This distracted me from really reviewing the work that was done. The bushes were not leveled and each site has many small branches sticking up. The large limb was removed but dead limbs were left on the apple tree. Neither tree was trimmed as I had asked. I emailed them several times before they finally responded that there had been an illness in the family that had prevented them from following up. I asked them to let me know when they could come back out and finish up. More time lapsed before they stopped by explaining that they would come out to finish the job. They have never returned to finish the tree trimming. The company does not respond to emails in a timely manner. I don't expect them to return to finish and am making other plans to have the trees trimmed properly and the bush stumps leveled. read more
