    Nice!
    Randy S.

I have been wanting to post a review for Little Guy Pavers for sometime, unfortunately I have been a real busy since my patio was finished, but I have a bit of time now. I got a couple of quotes earlier then I called Little Guys, Cody came over right away and totally blew away the numbers I got from one of the bigger companies! Before I knew it the job was complete and totally beautiful! Thanks to Jeremy & Richard for his special touches and getting the job done promptly. My old cracked concrete patio was gone and no more mud hole going into the backyard. Excellent work! Much respect, Randy S.

When we bought our house, it came with a really awful deck that I had to demolish. This left us with a dirt (and sometimes mud) pit for several months. After deciding to have pavers installed, I called about 7 different companies. The Little Guy Pavers came out and gave a free estimate of a very reasonable project cost. I'll tell you that it was under $10K and some other companies were quoting me over $19K! This included additional work of removing part of a large stump, an enormous embedded concrete block, and a small retaining wall. The other companies just didn't offer as much. While The Little Guy Pavers weren't the absolute cheapest estimate, they were easy to communicate with and Travis was courteous during his estimates and further scoping. I had a good feeling about working with them. Scheduling the install was easy, however due to the pandemic and time of year, we had to wait almost 2 months for the install. No big deal. An earlier slot opened up and after a few minor scheduling setbacks, work was underway slightly before the initial date. It was smooth sailing from here. In just two days, a few workers were able to perform some serious magic. I can't express enough gratitude to these workers who were out there in the blazing heat doing top-notch work. We are SO HAPPY with our patio! Thanks Little Guy Pavers!

When we bought our home, the inspector's report said that the paver patio we had in the back had settled and was draining toward the house/foundation. We had several companies come out to give us a quote, but they were either not interested because the job was too small or overpriced which wouldn't allow us to add some extra work we wanted to have done. The Little Guy Pavers came out and immediately told us that this is exactly the type of job they do. We talked through everything we wanted to do, including the additions, and their bid came in right at the budget we had set. They worked around our work and travel schedules to do the walk through and schedule the job. They started the job on time and, although there was a small weather delay, they managed to finish within one week. There was a lot of work to do just to pull the existing patio up, repair it and lay it back down using both new and existing pavers. They even came out the day after a snow/ice storm to continue working. We are more than happy with the finished product. We are really looking forward to adding some new furniture and accessories and being able to use the incredible new space they have created for us. We would HIGHLY recommend The Little Guy Pavers over just about any other paver company for your home patio needs!

Excellent experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a detail oriented crew that cares - this is your company. I look at Yelp reviews to help my research in hiring for a project and I always wonder - are they accurate? This company lives up to and exceeds their glowing reviews.

Hired these guys to add some pavers and artificial turf. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when discussing the design! They did a beautiful job and I have received so many compliments on the space. They were also extremely reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them!

    Our puppy's new paradise!

Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job installing some artificial turf for our new puppy. He was reasonably priced and got it done well ahead of schedule.

As a new homeowner, I was looking to do some small improvements and I was so happy to be referred to The Little Guy Pavers. Jeremy made the process quick and easy and within two hours the job was done! He was very flexible around my schedule and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly call him again for future jobs! I love supporting local businesses especially with the experience Jeremy has in the industry I felt very comfortable going with his new company.

Do your services include repair to existing flagstone patio? Our installers used the wrong formula of grout - it seems to be mostly dirt - and we need that dig out and replaced with something that doesn't wash away. Thank you.

And I called one other company for a second bid. David showed up in time for our appointment, and his explanation of the problem (80 year old mortar in our brick house was falling out). The previous owner had gotten some of it repaired. That mortar was failing, too. I was particularly concerned because one pillar that carries a heavy load was cracked so badly (see photo) that you could see daylight through it from top to bottom. David explained why it had failed, and how the repair work someone had done years ago made matters worse. His bid that was about the same price as the other firm, but his explanation -- and the bid itself -- were so clear that D. Masonry was my obvious choice. He provided me with proof of insurance, too, a request the other company ignored. They lived up to my high expectations. Watching them work, I realized that tuck pointing is a highly skilled craft, practically an art form. They took the time to mix and try a range of mortar colors. With their help, we selected the one they advised. Now that the new mortar has completely dried, I can see it is a perfect color match. The pillar I was so nervous about? They elaborately jacked up and stabilized things, so they could remove the pillar, which they disassembled completely, laying out all the bricks (with all the old mortar removed), so they could put them back exactly as they were, only sturdy now, and good as new. Masonry repairs -- done well -- simply disappear when the work is done, right? As long as I own this house, my gratitude for this job-well-done will live on.

Job 1 (foundation). Workers good guys and by appearances competent to do job, as was the materials used. They had to bring in backhoe for our 6 ft foundation (we live on hillside with springs where houses commonly shift)- I checked on work and it seemed sound. However, they ran day behind and we had to leave when they backfilled and finish that part of job. It had rained previous 2-3 nights and basically they left yard in a mess that will necessitate me bringing in a landscaper to repair (i.e. more than the topsoil disruption they put in contract- dirt clods the size of soccer balls 25 ft away from foundation wall). My recommendation- make absolutely sure you are present to see finished job before you let them leave- I would never have approved the mess they left the yard in. Not really their fault as they were moving mud vs dirt, but they should've left it and came back the next week to finish. Job 2 (driveway and front approach leveling). It turned out this was an unachievable outcome & there is still 2.5 inch "trip" edge between driveway and garage floor. They should never has bid the job. We contested the job as a breach of contract since goal of job not even close to achieved. Gen Mgr came out & agreed. On my threat to taking to small claims court, they refunded me most of cost of that job. Again, they were responsive to my concerns & outcome OK in the end as avoided court hassle. Lesson here: think about what they are proposing is even possible before agreeing to it. The suggestion is that the job solicitors are working on a commission. If you doubt it can be done, it probably can't- have them describe EXACTLY how they will achieve the proposed outcome. Again, no problem whatsoever with the employees- all did their jobs well.
