Bill came out the day I called to give me a free estimate, scheduled for the next week (because of snow) and he and his partner trimmed a huge tree in our front yard that was hanging over our house in under 2 hours. These two are great! I needed some real pain in the ass bushes removed on a tight timeline (before my new patio is installed) and reached out to them. They came out the same day (within a couple hours of my text) to check it out. They gave me a very competitive quote right away and I hired them on the spot. I haven't used them for tree removal services yet but I'd expect they'll have some of the best prices around for that as well. They even overbooked themselves a bit to fit my tight timeline and make it work. As such, they ended up needing to split the work into 2 days but they were friendly, did a great job, and I was surprised at how affordable it all was. They checked in with me as we went and I ended up wanting to add a couple more areas to the job. They were extremely flexible about changing the work as we went and didn't charge too much for the work we added as we went. It's the 2 owners that show up personally for the work (and bring extra helpers, as needed) so you know they're really supervising everything and ensuring quality. I had a tree break during the last wind storm and went look for a tree service that was reasonably priced. A friend of mine suggested Tree Guyz and a Gal. The name was cute and the woman I spoke to when I called was extremely nice. I believe her name was Laura. The following day, a small crew showed up at my house and cut down the broken limbs and trimmed it all up nicely. They cleaned the tree up and the area around the tree. They even recommended a tree near a power line to my house be trimmed. The work was solid and the price was very reasonable. They even taught me a little about my trees that I didn't know. This was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them. read more

With the expending snow in March expected in the front range - I called Laura at Tree Guyz and a Gal. She sent Bill over right away to get an estimate for some tree pruning near my power lines. Two hours later Bill and Laura came by with the equipment after finishing another job and took care of trimming my trees. They were super friendly and gave advice on my other trees and definitely know what they are doing. They used to work for a power line company doing this so they are fully capable of cleaning around power lines. They hire veterans and are honest on pricing. We scheduled their visit and they were on time and did fantastic work! We were impressed with how efficient Bill and Laura were regarding removing a lonely branch hanging in our yard from a neighbor's tree. We had several estimates and we liked their estimate the best. Their price for the removal of the one branch was very reasonable but the work was the best! The neighbor did not want to trim their tree, so we hired Tree Guys and A Gal to remove the branch. If the branch had not been removed, it would have done damage to our shed and fence. Laura and Bill made short work of the removal and no branches fell into the third neighbor's yard. Laura is an artist with a saw and drops the branches exactly where she wants them to land. We will use them for any and all future tree pruning. These people are great! They showed up early to get everything set up for pruning two trees and removing one tree and the stump. They worked efficiently and safely and took great care to not destroy the gardens surrounding the trees. They definitely knew what they were doing, and yet were considerate enough to get my input and approval before completing the job. They also removed all debris and hauled it away to a sustainable recycling center where it's made into mulch. A great tree service. Arrived immediately after an emergency where a huge tree limb fell on my garage roof. Work was so good that I hired them to do several more trees.
