We received a fair estimate to trim a large maple tree in our front yard. When Brian and his team arrived to complete the job, we asked them if it was really worth keeping. Wyatt did a thorough inspection and mentioned the tree was in pretty rough shape and a trim would leave it pretty sparse. If we wanted to only trim it today, it would only be a (short) matter of time before it would need to be taken down completely. They rearranged their schedule so they could remove the tree that same day. They worked quickly and cleanly and left a super low stump. They even came up with a creative way to help us save a good chunk of money (thank you)! AND we got to keep some firewood. Fantastic service! I've now used Senn's on two occasions and they went above and beyond what I expected both times. This summer they came out to provide a quote for three trees needing to be removed. While there I suggested they talk to my neighbor who was thinking about removing a tree as well. They gave me a discount for combining the removal of four trees. Unexpected but appreciated. When they came to do the work they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves (almost all the sawdust was removed as well), and cut the trees flush with the ground. The second time I was selling a house and tree trimming was a part of the inspection exceptions. So I needed a quick turnaround. Although they had no openings before my close date, they found a way to squeeze my job into their schedule and even sent me the receipt just in time. Thank you! Brian and his crew removed a dead Elm from our property in Denver. Brian's bid was several hundred dollars lower than the big name tree companies in Town. We had previously used Brian to trim trees in our yard, so I knew he provided quality work. Super impressed with this VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED company! They were removing some trees for our next-door neighbor and I happened to notice that they were cleaning and raking in our yard some very small tree branches that had fallen there. I called the number on their truck to thank them for that and ended up having them give us a very reasonable estimate for five or six trees we needed removed in our yard.
