I needed to have 2 large trees serviced for the first time in probably 20 years. Communication is clear and on point since first contact when the bid was place until the job is finished. The crews showed up on time, friendly, and work professional to finish the job. I asked for some fresh wood munch for my backyard after the work is done and the crew were very accommodating to provide the amount needed. I originally had 3 contractors placed for the bid. The quotes are similar, and while the difference is not great, Fir Sure Arbor wasn't the lowest bid. The reason I still decide to give Jeff and his crew the contract is during the consultation phase he's the one who seems to have a balance between listening to the customer request while also prioritize what would be better for the trees in long term. It seems like it would go without saying to communicate with your customer, show up on time, and clean up after yourself; however, that has not always been my experience when hiring out projects. It was very much so with them. I was pleased with Fir Sure's timeliness and efficiency with taking a VERY large and pesky apple tree out of my backyard. They carefully worked around some annoying yard and power/phone line obstacles, and they cleaned up both my yard and the neighbors yard when they were done. Fir Sure Arbor Pro took down a tree for me yesterday. It was a very tall (50ft) White pine that was planted way too close to our house. Alonzo and his crew had it completely down in about 90 minutes, I think. Then that afternoon, the stump was ground (I forget the man's name) and he was fantastic also. Both crews left the yard clean, and were friendly and respectful and safe. I've already recommended them to my neighbor. I got three estimates and all three companies had good reviews but Jeff's price was less than the others. Fantastic experience. We got 5 bids to trim 3 trees in our yard (1 of which is a monster hackberry). Jeff walked the yard with me and was very knowledgeable. His bid was reasonable and we liked how responsive he was. Got a text the morning of our service to confirm and give an arrival time. The team of 4 guys arrived within 3 minutes of the given time. They immediately got to work moving patio furniture out of the way and even scooped some doggy droppings without saying a word (I was mortified I didn't think to do that before they came).
