He was able to come out next day for a quote AND was able to get me on the schedule within 3 days of me deciding to move forward with them. I had people telling me they couldn't get me in for over a month. Some couldn't even come out to give me a quote for multiple weeks so I was blown away with how quickly they were with everything. They were a breeze to work with and even worked with me so I didn't have to be at the property when they started cutting the tree down (we hadn't moved in yet). They had our big dead pine tree completely gone stump included in about 4 hours. Can't tell there was ever a tree there now! We have a few other tree needs and 100% plan to use Artisan again. Admittedly, I got 7-8 other quotes (tree removal is EXPENSIVE!!) and Artisan was on the lower end compared to everyone else. Very affordable and worth every penny. Nikesh and his crew arrived early to take up the sod and convert my yard into a xeriscape area. It was pretty hot out but they completed the job in under 2 hours. They scaped the sod, put it into other areas of the yard, laid the groundcover the way I wanted, moved the timber to hold it in place, and then covered it with mulch. Throughout they were conscientiously cleaning up, raking the mulch to smooth it out, and ensuring they were leaving the place better than they found it.
