Michael (stump man) did a great job. He quickly removed the tree stump and was great to work with.

Michael is great to work with. He did return and get an area that needed more attention. He is very responsive by text. Highly recommend!!

Scott you're amazing, You made short work of all 5 stumps, In about 2 hours you made it look very easy. I tried this myself, with a rental from home depot, And all I got to say is God-bless you. You did amazing highly recommended. You went deep enough for the concrete to be poured, I have no worries about it caving in, from Root rot. I will definitely pass along your information. Thanks again Scott. Brenda G read more

Just want to say if you want a tree company you can trust without the BS runaround !! Don't waste your time getting quotes from the other flaky tree service companies that don't respond or say they will get back. Other Tree Companies that say they will get you a quote and just hear crickets!! Matt is the MAN !! That guy is the Tree Terminator!! Just don't waste your time and hire these guys !!! read more

A Stump Man Tree and Stump Service - Will only trust these guys to take care of my trees!! The rest are SHADY!! - Tree Services Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Michael (Stump Man) ground multiple stumps for us for a very reasonable price. They were the only business out of many willing to go down and up steeply sloped steps with confined access. He started job right after quoting, was very careful with fence, foundation and landscaping. He was a pleasure to work with. read more

Stump was there, now it's gone. He did a great job and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He communicates well and shows up when he says he will. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a stump grinding service. read more

Just had a large stump removed from the side of the house to allow a side drive way to be poured. Scott was professional.... and a great job to include clean up. More important for us... just a very nice person. We sat outside and chatted about "life" .... and he welcomed us to Denver, being new to Centennial its refreshing to meet folks like him. Thx Scott! PS is quote was so competitive... left some room for a nice tip for his services and still saved Vs other quotes. read more

We had several folks take on this stump with out success. Scott (The Stump Man) came out and not only achieved what the others attempted but he went above and beyond by completely removing the stump and root area with in an inch of our picket fence with out making a scratch on the pickets. Super impressive work! Also, We found Scott on yelp and when we told him where we found his business I got the impression that he had no idea of his Yelp prowess. That added points to the whole experience! Responsive and cost effective. A Stump Man is the type of business that should be promoted on review sites like Yelp. read more

I compared offers from over 30 companies to cut down and remove my 40 year old 40 foot tall Ponderosa pine tree and these guys had the lowest offer. $775 instead of $1800 by the competitors. Not only did they undercut their competition by 50% but they also completed the job within 24 hours from me first contacting them. They seemed to be more professional and more efficient than their competitors. They also did a great job cleaning up after my tree was cut down and removed. read more

Highly recommend! Seriously, impressed. So, I'm in the middle of putting a patio in the backyard and turns out there was a pretty big stump in they way of what needed to be done. The patio has to be done before this weekend as we are having an event in our back yard and of course I'm in a jam to get this taken care of asap! Lucky to find this company, not only was Scott super friendly but really helped me out and was able to get out quickly to help me out given the situation I was in. We had to take a large section of fence down to get him access into our backyard and Scott went way above and beyond by helping me with that! He did a great job, did exactly what I needed, was super friendly and gave me a great deal. I'm totally satisfied and happy with the service I received. I would recommend using this company, I will definitely call if I need another stump taken care of. read more

Just had Michael out again for a stump removal for a tree we had to cut down for our deck I foolishly spent about 10 minutes digging thinking oh sure I can do this myself. I then got my head out of my butt and called the Stumpman. I left a message on the 4th of July and quickly hit a call back the next business day. To top that off not only did I get such a quick reply but Michael came out that day and in no time flat turned that stump into mulch. I was very happy with the job and the amount of time it saved me. And was thrilled with the outstanding customer service If you need stump work done quit reading this and call now read more

Scott came out to give us a quote the same day we called. He then put us in contact with Mark who came out within 24 hours. Mark ground a difficult stump off Alameda at a reasonable price. They were both attentive to our needs and very professional. We would highly recommend them to others. read more

My wife and I embarked upon a large front yard landscaping project and needed to remove about 7-8 stumps. I submitted an online request for a quote and Scott called me the next morning. Within a few days he came out and took care of our stumps...he even came back a few days later at no charge to take care of one more stump we had missed the first time. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and his services...fair price and prompt and courteous service. read more

We were very pleased with the service we received from Scott's company. He was the quickest to reply when we reached out to several local area firms for a free quote (which we felt was very fair) and his highly experienced team did a fantastic job, taking the time up front to discuss what we needed and to go over the work together at the very end. We were especially appreciative of Scott's customer service: Hours after I had happily approved the work, my wife saw some additional areas near the top of our tree that, in hindsight, she would've preferred to have been pruned. She sent an email that evening to Scott, including a picture of the area she had hoped that they could come back to prune . . . the very next day, Scott had his crew come back to fulfill our request, despite the fact we had initially approved the work the previous day. This type of customer service is what separates the mediocre from the great - we highly recommend this company. read more

Scott was fantastic. He made time to squeeze in taking two large dead trees down in our yard with very little notice. He was extremely professional and efficient. We were definitely very happy with the work he did. He is also just a very nice person and I highly recommend working with him. His price was fair and reasonable and he did a great job with the cleanup. I love that we don't have any stumps left in the yard so now we can work on the landscaping without any eye sores. Thanks Scott! read more

Most amazing service all on the same day as the consult. Very friendly, and did not take advantage of us either!

He was available right after I contacted him for a quote. He was nice, friendly, did a great job and it was a good price. He was very clear about what the price included. He even took a few minutes to look at another tree for me and recommended someone who could help me with trimming. Overall-- great and I would recommend him to anyone in need of stump removal, plus it was fun for the kids and I to watch! read more

Did quick work grinding down 3 stumps in my front yard. Would use utilize his services again.

Awesome! Scott came by and removed 5 stumps in my yard. He quoted me a fair price and completed the job earlier than expected. I see other stumps in yards that aren't all the way removed and mine were dug up about 1 foot or more below ground and you would have no idea now that a tree used to be in the space. He did a better job than I was expecting and I highly recommend his services. read more
