Gaucho's need to be trained in meat carving. Servers need to be trained period. Most of the steak inedible ( tough and tasteless). Salad Bar. Salad sides available but no bowls of lettuce to make a complete meal. Hot items that go with salad order only, were stone cold as the containers were kept open by large serving spoons. I had to tell gauchos MANY MANY TIMES that I was eating salad only. VERY ANNOYING! Only decent meat according to my husband was the ham. Very expensive for very poor quality and service. Had our first visit to Rodizio's yesterday for lunch. Also a first time for us to ever have this style food/cooking. I can't say enough wonderful things. Everything I ate was absolutely amazing. And I sampled just about everything!! If you're new to Brazilian steakhouse too, you get access to all you can eat buffet for an incredible variety of delicious sides and in addition the wait staff are constantly walking the floor with a variety of steaks, sausage, ham and lamb (at dinner) cut for you in smaller slices at your table so over the course of your meal you can sample quite a variety of cuts of steak etc. It's also "all you can eat". The meat was so good, I couldn't get enough. I finished the meal with fried bananas, a coconut strawberry sidedish and grilled pineapple also brought around by wait staff and cut at our table. There are desserts available as well. And there are other dining options for those who prefer just the buffet without meat service. This was a great dining experience/ambiance, a unique concept compared to traditional American style dining, exceptional service and absolutely delicious food. My boyfriend and I had dinner at the Rodizio Grill this evening. It was such a nice experience! The salad bar was fantastic, and the food was really great! It was such a variety of steaks, ribs, chicken, lamb, sausage, prime rib, and more.. You won't leave hungry! The staff was very helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of.. But the most impressive part of the evening was the manager, Jessica Brooks, with whom we had the pleasure of meeting. She came to our table to make sure that we had nothing less than a wonderful experience.. It was a real treat to see a manager that truly cares. I am an aspiring connoisseur of Brazilian Steakhouses and Rodizio did not disappoint. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hostesses. When asked what their favorites were they all piped up with suggestions. Their suggestions served us well. All of the skewered meats tried were awesome! We availed ourselves of the salad bar that had delicious sliced meats that I was unable to pass up. The caipirinha was among the best I've ever had. I also tried a Brazilian blonde beer that was better than expected as I don't normally drink blonde beer. We had flan with strawberries for dessert and it was also very good. Our waiter was very attentive without being at our table too much. Rodizio has a lot of talent in that kitchen and we are looking forward to a return visit soon! read more

When you've been to a different location, it is very hard to not compare... especially when this location is supposed to be in the "better area"... the atmosphere feels like a cafeteria diner versus intimate dining location.... The skewers of meat all look like the "end of day, end of meat" skewers; nothing ever seemed fresh or off the grill.... If anything, the majority was dry... The salad bar was minimal and absolutely nothing special or full of flavor... definitely won't be returning to this location! read more

I want to say the food was good and they were nice for the most part but for a place that is reservation only we were 100% forgot about right after being sat. We waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order but we were hungry so we went to get some salad and they started to bring us meat to the table still no server to take drink orders. After another 10 minutes of staring at the servers with no one coming over to check on us or take a drink order I stopped someone walking by and asked if we had a server. At this point we are pretty much done and just wanted some water to wash down the food(still ordering drinks because we still wanted to have the whole "dinner experience")You could definitely tell the server felt bad but it was pretty annoying watching the manger be too busy either flirting the bartender or just standing with his back to the dining room the whole time, couldn't come check on the table that waited almost 25 minutes for water while he stood with his back to everyone very very lame. read more

Dining at Rodizio Grill was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. The ambiance was very inviting, perfect for a special occasion or just because. The Brazilian cocktails are amazing. I'd recommend the CAIPIRINHA! I have never been to a place like this before. I am so glad I went and will go again. The food was delicious! I tried so many different meats I didn't even know there were that many options! The restaurant was clean and I love that everything wasnt packed in tight. And it was not over bright but a soft warm lighting and sophisticated atmosphere. But the best was the service. Our server was Aiden F. He explained everything to us about how the restaurant worked and made us feel so welcome. He was patient and made sure we got everything we needed. My husband and I did not have a great experience. We usually go to Fogo de Chao and Serra Gaucha for birthdays and anniversarys. We actually met at Fogo de Chao and we love it there. They always give us a complimentary desert for our Anniversary. This year we decided to try Rodizio and we were let down. First the staff need more training. No one asked us if we were celebrating anything. Even though they knew because I put it in our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary. They offered desert but not complimentary. Not a problem. The issue was the majority of the meats were bland and some meats were very greasy. I filled a plate full of meat that were unedible. Server took a long time with our drinks and also took a long time to refill them. We actually started getting meats before our drinks even came out. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The seats were uncomfortable and the tables very small. All tables and seats are too close to each other. Unlike fogo and Serra that are spread out so you can have more privacy. They did allow us to choose our seats so that was nice. But if the restaurant were to be packed with people then we would of probably left. They don't use cards there. Instead they use this wooden piece that you could flip green for more meat or red for the servers to stop. At the end we had it flipped at red and the servers still kept coming over. I felt so bad telling them no. The only thing we did like was the salad bar. They had good food. We did have to serve our own fried bananas and mashed potatoes but not a big deal. Actually liked that better since we didn't have to wait for extras to be served. Unfortunately we won't be returning though. The atmosphere there is kinda boring and no one congratulated us for our anniversary. I feel so bad not going to our usual place but we like to try new things. We have removed this restaurant from our list and will continue going to Fogo de Chao and Serra Gaucha. At least they make our day special and even offer to take pictures for us. And give us complimentary desert with Happy Anniversary written on our plate. They actually make it special. Rodizio didn't make us feel special at all on our big day. Please train your servers better. Work on the meats too. We only liked two meats there and the rest had no flavor. Also they didn't have my husband's favorite parmesan pork. Another thing we asked for the restaurant week deal that said it included the full Rodizio experience. Turns out it's only certain meats. We wanted to try everything so we went with the full price. That's another thing that made us not want to come back. Why promote that, if it's actually not the full experience. But anyways we tried it and didn't enjoy it. So we won't be back. Next week I'm surprising my husband to Fogo de Chao. I'm sure they will make up for what we missed yesterday. Our anniversary is special to us even though Rodizio didn't care. read more

The service was decent to slow. They ran out of some of the salad bar foods. Considering there weren't enough people in the restaurant for things to run out, was a little disappointing. The quality of the food was mediocre too. What's strange about this? Is they seem to put plenty of money into the quality of their toilet paper, but not the quality of their food. I know it sounds ridiculous to even comment with this, but the toilet paper was much better quality than some of the cuts of meat. To me, that was just strange. Would we go back? Probably not. I'll start with the good. The service is good. Most of the meat is pretty good. I have been there twice. The first time I would've given it 4 stars. This time was just inconsistent. The things at the bar like the cheese breads, bananas, and collard greens all had a strange flavor that wasn't an issue last time. Some of the meat is overcooked. The Brazilian cheese was NOT at all like the other Brazilian Steakhouses and not very good sadly. I REALLY wanted to love it.
