This is an old fashion. It was absolutely delicious
Noel J.

This was my first time visiting this location. I usually go to the Fogo de Chão in Broomfield/Denver, which is much larger, so this one definitely felt smaller in comparison. We had reservations and were seated right away. Just like other Brazilian steakhouses, they walk around with all kinds of meats--steak, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausages. They also have a salad bar with plenty of toppings, two types of lettuce, and several dressings. I started with the salad bar, and honestly, my salad was phenomenal. The ranch was delicious, and everything tasted really fresh. I didn't try the hot items. They brought out the appetizer plate with Brazilian cheese bread, the little fried "fry stick" thing, and plantains. The cheese bread was amazing--just as good as the location I normally go to. The fry stick was okay but didn't have much flavor, and the plantains were disappointing. They're supposed to be sweet with cinnamon and sugar, but these were bland and dry. As for the meats, my favorite was definitely the bacon-wrapped chicken--it was juicy and had great flavor. I tried the lamb, but it was very gamey, and most of the beef cuts didn't have much seasoning, so they were a bit underwhelming. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not terrible, but not great enough for me to return. The highlight was really our server, who was very kind and attentive.

We celebrate my daughter s birthday and mine!

Awesome Place! Salad bar is very impressive, with variety of salads and also Brazilian dishes! If you want to pay just the basic with NOT extra meat this would be enough! If you choose the package with meat... servers keep on coming with all kind of red meat, fish, sausages...Amazing service!

Oh man. Rodizios rodizios. If you like meat this is the place for you. They just kept coming with more and more meat and we kept eating it up. Salad bar is pretty solid nothing crazy, don't get too excited though and load up your plate at the beginning of the salad bar because the good stuff is at the end. But anyways, let's get to the real meal. The meat. Boy oh boy what can I say they brought out every type of steak and chicken and even some lamb and all of it was gas. Lowkey don't try the chicken heart when he brings it around it was mid. But overall the meal was absolute cinema. Thank you to Anthea, our waitress, she was very kind. Also thank you to Geraldina, although I don't think she spoke English, she was NOT shy with the portions of the steak. And finally, Kayden. The goat. He is a very charismatic guy who made the Rodizios experience super fire. Thank you Rodizios.

I was a little disappointed by the service and the ambiance of Rodizio! I have been to this restaurant one other time previously and they were really playing music nicely. It's the whole reason why we went in on Friday night. For the music and ambiance, which was just overall lacking. The staff was very friendly though and their buffet style sides were delicious as always. I was just disappointed that there was no music and the meat options this time around weren't as tasty as the first time I visited. I also mentioned that it was my moms birthday a few times to the wait staff and it was just overlooked but other guests were sing happy birthday to. I will try this place again in the future, but overall was just very surprised at how different my experience was from the first time I went. Great Pina Coladas though!

Brought to your table at the start.

Does brunch have the same meats as dinner?

Brunch has mostly the same meat rotation as dinner; only difference is we we don’t offer the catfish, lamb, and beef tender during brunch. If you like brunch in general, Rodizio Grill has one of the best in town! Hope to see you soon!

Finally made it and it absolutely lived up to the hype…read more I was impressed by the market table and hot side bar. Most Brazilian steakhouses focus almost entirely on the meat, but I loved having so many fresh salads, sides, and hot dishes to mix in throughout the meal. The variety of meats was excellent, too. Each cut had its own seasoning and flavor profile, so it never felt repetitive like some places where every bite tastes the same despite being a different cut. But the real MVP? The Brazilian limeade. I genuinely could've had 10 of them. That and the caramelized plantains and grilled pineapple! Chefs kiss. I'd honestly go back just for those alone. If you've been debating whether it's worth trying, consider this your sign. Come hungry!

I was really excited to come here because I had heard so many great things about this restaurant. I…read morewent in with pretty high expectations because it's supposed to be a high-end dining experience, and unfortunately, my experience just did not live up to the hype at all. One of the positives was our server, Moses. He was friendly, attentive, and did his best to provide good service, so I don't want to take away from the effort he put in. My issues were really with the overall experience and some things that were completely outside of his control. The biggest problem for me was the amount of gnats flying around the restaurant. There were gnats everywhere, and it got to the point where we were literally having to put napkins over our plates in between bites just to keep them from landing on our food. That was extremely uncomfortable and honestly unacceptable for a restaurant that is presenting itself as an upscale, high-end dining experience. When you're paying higher prices for your meal, you expect the restaurant to have a certain level of cleanliness and attention to detail, and the gnats really took away from the entire experience. Another major disappointment was the meat service. After only about 30 minutes, they stopped bringing us meat, and we hadn't even gotten the opportunity to try every cut. That was especially frustrating because one of the main reasons you come to a restaurant like this is to experience the variety of meats and different cuts they offer. If the service is going to stop before you've even had a chance to try everything, it makes the experience feel incomplete. It also made me question whether I was really getting the experience I was paying for. I also ordered the salmon, and unfortunately, it was overcooked. That was probably one of the more disappointing parts of the meal for me because, considering this is supposed to be a high-end restaurant, I expected something as simple as a piece of salmon to be cooked properly. The salmon was dry and just wasn't what I would expect from a restaurant at this price point. When you're paying for an upscale dining experience, the food should be one of the strongest parts of the meal, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. The atmosphere itself is definitely upscale and gives you the feeling that you're supposed to be having a more elevated dining experience. The decor and overall vibe are nice, and I can see why someone would be excited to come here. However, the atmosphere alone isn't enough to make up for the issues we experienced with the food, cleanliness, and service. Overall, I really wanted to love this place because of all the positive things I had heard beforehand, but unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the reputation. Moses was a good server and I appreciated his effort, but there were too many things that took away from the experience. Having gnats constantly flying around our food, stopping the meat service before we had tried all the cuts, and receiving overcooked salmon were all major disappointments. For the price, I expected a much more polished and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. If you're looking for a high-end restaurant where you feel like you're truly getting an experience worth your money, this unfortunately wouldn't be my first recommendation. There are definitely things I liked about the restaurant, but based on my experience, the food and overall execution just weren't up to the standard I expected.

Lyons, CO. We were happy to find a new dining establishment…read morein Lyons that serves fine cuisine instead of the usual festival tourist food. We had a reservation but at 4:30 we didn't need one. We chose to sit inside because it was just too hot to do the al fresco thing. The inside ambiance was sparse and sort of industrial but it did not matter in the least, we were there for the food. Our lovely server guided us on what to order on the Happy Hour menu because those items are half off the regular price. When it got to be around 5:30 we started ordering additional items off the regular menu. The whole experience was awesome, the food came out in an orderly fashion so we never had a table full of plates nor did we have long lapses between courses. We started out with virgin Mojitos, we don't do well with alcohol in high elevations with extra dry climate. The mojitos were expertly crafted and a quality thirst quencher. Here is what we sampled: Yuca Fritas- (note: NOT Yucca) with aji verde, very tasty, sort of fried or baked with zero grease. Colombian Sliders- with mango, crispy plantains, and Serrano ham. Pretty damn amazing. We ordered a second one right away. Honestly I could have just ordered four or five of these and been happy. Ensalada César- what makes this Caesar so special and unique is the almond dressing and the manchego. Do not skip this dish. Ensalada Wild- pretty but boring compared to everything else. Pinchos- Small chicken skewers with membrillo bbq and salsa blanco. I loved these. Exciting flavors for a chicken breast dish. Ahi Tuna- Wow ! in taste and appearance, just plain wonderful. So we tried all the proteins except the octopus, maybe next time? Desserts: Chocolate Sipper- two shots of chocolate espresso sabayon with the distinct additive of Brazilian Rum (Cachaca?). Rather decadent, the dish included a biscotti that was typical. I enjoyed the flavors and the experience much more by simply sipping, like the epithet clearly states. Key Lime Crema- The over all highlight of the evening. Just a knockout dessert which was basically a key lime crème brûlée with a meringue topping. If you must have any of the desserts start with this one.

There are weird stains and damage to several ceiling tiles and wallpaper peeling around the shop, plus dirty rags sitting around in various locations with halfway cleaned surfaces. Just odd. My smoothie tasted good, but had about an inch of room at the top. For more than $8, I'd have expected a full drink.
