Love them! Okay, we have had a problem in our old house (which we're now renting) with rats in the attic. Very disappointed in this company. We had rodents in our attic so we called this company. They sent a rep out to give us an estimate. He went in our attic and claimed we had a ton of mice up there and they needed to send a bunch of guys to come tear out our installation and that it was going to cost around $8,000. He showed me pictures of my attic and he said he needed a $500 down payment right then. So I got a second opinion and this guy also took pictures but something was different. His pictures showed that my installation was yellow and not pink like the last guys pictures. Who wants to admit to having a rat problem? We were in denial long enough to have created a monster in our basement. Worst service ever I had an appointment, One of their employees came to my house for an evaluation. The employee told me they were gonna contact me the following day. We live in Palos Verdes with horses all around our property. That leads to rodents being attracted to the horse feed. 1-27-2013 Im not one to normally write reviews, but for Rodents Stop, I must, due to the exceptional experiences we had with them.. We had an ongoing rat issue and had two other compaines try to get rid of them. None of the other Companies did a thorough job in eliminating the root issue, until Rodents Stop came to our home. They arrived the same day I called them, on time! Zeev did an inspection and quoted me on the spot. I thought the price was fair given the amount of work Zeev described during the inspection. I wanted a root cause fix for this issue once and for all. They did a thorough inspection of my attic, crawlspace, and garage where most of the rodents were living.
