Amazon had sent me the wrong fan and I didn't notice until they had removed the old one and started assembly of the new one. I had them box it back up and re-ordered the correct fan. Eddie offered to charge half the agreed upon price which he certainly did not have to do. I paid the full price since they had done most of the work already and this was not their fault. They came back out once the correct fan arrived and installed it. I paid them again and managed to get a refund for the first installation from Amazon (with some persistent complaining). This is the 3rd time I've used Mission Electric, and I've been satisfied every time.

I honestly can't say enough about this company. I originally hired them to install an EV wall…read morecharger, and unfortunately, something went seriously wrong afterward. Without getting into all the ugly details, let's just say electricity, smoke, heat, and your house are NOT things you ever want partying together. Here's why they still get 5 stars from me: when I called them, they came back out, owned the situation, fixed the issue, and made everything right. No finger-pointing, no disappearing act, no excuses. They were honest, professional, and stood behind their work -- and that says a lot about a company. I'm genuinely WOWED by how they handled everything. I would absolutely use them again and strongly recommend them. Trust me when I say you won't regret hiring them. Sure, it might almost cost you your house ... but they'll come back the next day and make it right! Seriously though, my only complaint is that I wish they could have come out one day sooner considering how serious the situation was. Other than that, the way they handled the problem afterward completely changed my opinion of the experience. Mistakes happen. How a company responds when something goes wrong tells you who they really are. These guys stood behind their work, and they earned my 5 stars. Believe me, after what happened, there was a moment when I was ready to leave a 1-star review and write a novel about it. But mistakes happen, and I believe a company should also be judged by what they do afterward. They owned it, fixed it, treated me right, and stood behind their work. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars. My only real complaint? Considering my electrical panel was apparently auditioning for a house fire, I really wish they could've made it out one day sooner

It's FIXED!.... by this solo electrician (former Army veteran) to my house on a Sunday, within 1…read morehour of my first call. I picked Tim out of about 9 respondees that Yelp quotes sent out for me. The breaker that flipped was already replaced (about 2017), he said today they cost $250 just for the part. I paid $125 in 2017 for part and labor. I saw Tim's solid 5 Yelp stars, said he does not charge diagnostic, and if he had to fix it, it would be a "to help me senior" rice (I made that up). Other electrician responses said free diagnostic but if I didn't hire them to fix it, I pay them $77 to $199 trip charge applied to labor. But no one said what their labor rate would be. Tim came in an hour. Turned out he got the breaker to flip, when I hung my body weight on it, and also pushed it up with all my might, and it would not click down or up, just was loose in the middle. Tim said he can fix things other people (like his two sons) just cannot budge. He spent an hour at my house testing things, and moved a 12 year old Panasonic microwave I had in the garage and swapped that with a 1990's Sharp really heavy one to my car, to donate. That Sharp microwave uses electricity big time and trips the breaker, but not the breaker he came to fix because I had that microwave in the family room because it was tripping the breaker when it was next to my fridge, which is also 1970's. He replaced an electrical socket, cos it went bad when he plugged the newer microwave, included in the labor charge. But he didn't cost him time or labor to make the breaker work again. I told him I tried to pull it down with all my might 10 times, and it wouldn't go down, and would not go up and stay there. Tim is solo, no employees because he had a big crew and they were flakey and making costly mistakes that he has to answer to. So now it is only him and his truck, so he could work cheap. He did me a favor giving me a labor price break, that gives him gas money and then some. He came a long ways to get to my house (to ME). Tim was not greedy for money, but he doesn't take credit cards and I didn't have cash cos I thought he took credit card. But I paid Tim after he left with Zelle. He was very friendly and said "I just love helping people", (not about money). I could tell how much he enjoys his job and his passionn shows MAKING THINGS RIGHT FOR PEOPLE and MAKING THEM HAPPY. He said my Zinsco is fine, not like its gonna burn my house down. Other electrcians told me same about Zincco, starting fires is not common. Wjhen I told Tim one electrician told me "Don't keep flipping the breaker, cos it could start a fire". Tim said Baloney! Here is picture of my Zinsco sagging breaker, the red pair on the left, that I just could not pull down, or push up with all my might! Tim was fun to have around my house!
