I hired Joe Simac who's the owner of Amcro electric to do several electric jobs for my remodel . I paid him over $2,500 dollars in electrical work. After everything was done I noticed that the outlet in my kitchen where garbage disposal was connected wasn't working anymore. There was no electric current at all. Called, picked up, said he was driving, and to call his voice mail Did that, no callback. Called again the next day, gave information to him on the phone and he said he would call back that evening between 6- 6:30. Never did. Left a message on his website the next day and he never responded. This is incredibly unprofessional. If he didn't want to replace ballast in fluorescent lights, all he needed to do was say so. I have another great story about Joe from AmCro. I've been looking at the other reviews and it doesn't surprise me that a lot of other people have done the same thing I'm doing here. We have a rental house in Encinitas Ranch and had some outlets go out in the kitchen area. I thought it was a simple breaker or gfi tripped...apparently it was beyond that. We set up a 10:30am appt to come out and fix the prob, Joe came out on time did the work in a timely manner.
