My delivery was today.. the text message update was amazing I knew how many stops away they were ( great feature ) Two young men arrived at my house AND they were AMAZING. When I tell you they went above and beyond their job description I mean it ! I only know one of their first names Victor . They were so personable. I mean you are just delivering a fridge right ? But they took the time to just be kind . My fridge was missing crispers and was damaged a little on the side but I was not even mad ! Because they were so kind and resolved the issue .

Sat 10/19/2024 I pulled into IBS (Interstate Building Supply) with my 2 young grandsons to meet a…read morebus carrying high school students for a parade (to drop something off to my daughter). I pulled my car to the end of the building and waited. I was approached by a man who told me very angrily to "Move your car immediately" saying I was blocking 2 spaces (There are no lines designating spaces in the parking lot and I was at the end of the building). He stated he was the owner of the business and if I didn't move my car he threatened to get a fork truck and move it for me (again with my 2 young grandsons inside). He proceeded to tell me he "didn't give a shit" why I was at his business when I explained I was just dropping something off. He called me a "dumb bitch" in front of the children and again demanded I move my car immediately or he would move it for me. I was approached by this man very aggressively twice. My grandsons were very scared about the incident and many folks in the parking lot heard the man yelling at me at my car. It was a terrifying incident by the owner of the business and my grandsons are traumatized by the man asking me what would have happened if he got physically aggressive. This owner cursed, was aggressive and threatened me directly with 2 small children present. I will never shop there again or even approach this business! Terrifying!

I thought a store that was for pets and gardens wouldn't have mo dog's favorite treats, but I was amazed to be wrong! I found so many treats, much more than those dirty Petco stores! And it was extremely clean! My dog loves pet stores (she's a social butterfly) and met a ton of friends. The garden side had gorgeous plant, but ended up getting some basil to grow in the window. I wish I had a backyard as they had beautiful furniture at great prices. Can't wait to go back!
