Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. Now, I've not ever had any service work done because I handle most all needed repairs, but I special order products almost weekly that aren't carried in the store normally, and I pay less than any big box store around. Can't really ask for too much in a farm and feed supply house. Keep on truckin'.
