I watched my neighbor two years ago replace her old existing fence and once completed I asked who…read moreshe used and she told me GMH. I got in touch with someone this year about a quote to replace mine, soon enough Cam came and did the measurements and sent me a quote. While here he also quoted my neighbor as he too was ready to replace his. I was able to knock down the price by paying it all in cash which was helpful. Soon enough, the guys were here tearing down the old, hauling the debris away and installed a beautiful new wooden fence. Don't mind my "No Mow May" yard Very pleased overall with the service, quality of what I paid for, and the communication.

I was really excited to work with GMH Fence Company on an aluminum fence project for my home in…read moreEast Longmeadow. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I expected from a professional company. From the start, my interactions with their Sales/Quote representative, Glenn, were frustrating and unprofessional. He struggled to hold a clear conversation about product specifications and talked over me when I tried to ask questions. When I held him accountable to the original options he had presented, he even suggested I should just go with another fence company. On two separate occasions, Glenn promised to deliver a detailed quote within 24 hours. Both times, GMH didn't deliver. They did provide an excuse by saying they were waiting on me to provide quote options for vinyl but that is not true. Glenn stated "I just bought a trailer of aluminum and had to see what the freight was" before the quote and now I understand they were trying to push me a different product than originally provided. Over all I waited over a week to receive anything. When I finally got the quote and began asking detailed questions about the aluminum fence I wanted to order, the experience went downhill quickly. Glenn seemed unable or unwilling to answer my legitimate questions and started pushing a completely different product than what was originally discussed. After reaching out to GMH with my feedback, the company showed little concern. Instead of addressing the issues, they sent me a revised quote that was nearly double the original price, claiming the fence option I wanted had been discontinued. This was a clear case of over-promising and under-delivering. Before doing business with GMH, I strongly recommend that future customers: * Carefully validate the exact product specifications and options immediately available * Ensure everything discussed (including brochure details option) is clearly listed on the written quote * Get all promises in writing I truly wanted to work with GMH and had high hopes based on their initial presentation, but the entire process--from quoting to follow-up--was filled with unnecessary frustration and inconsistency. I hope this review helps my neighbors in East Longmeadow avoid a similar experience.

His warranty is a joke. He made a mistake on my floor and then wanted me to pay for more materials to fix it. He seems like a nice guy but doesn't come through in the end. Good luck trying to get a finished product from this guy.

Axiom was tremendously overpriced, very unprofessional, and very difficult to communicate with. I…read moreabsolutely do not recommend them. During the winter, they did remove the snow pretty well, but their prices were extremely high, and they charged for a lot of extra services that were not really needed. Then in the spring, they did a lot of "spring cleanup" work that I didn't ask for, and that wasn't needed, and of course they charged a lot of money for that work. The way their contract is written, they are just able to do whatever kind of work they want and charge whatever huge price they want for it , without even asking, and then the customer has to pay. It seems like a form of dishonesty, really. I guess it's legal because it's in contract in a kind of a vague way, but it's deceptive. Even the mowing was very expensive and they kept putting in extra charges for things I didn't want. Also, communication with Axiom is difficult, almost impossible. They are very unprofessional. I now have a different landscaping and snow removal company that I love. I had to pay an extra $400 to get out of my contract with Axiom, but it was worth it. My new company is 100% better, easy to communicate with, and does beautiful, work for less than 1/4 of what Axiom was charging.
