They have lots of door options with great colors and window styles. We found just the door we wanted, ordered and had the door installed about 5 weeks later. The installation was flawless! The guys did a great job and we love our new door. However, the door was much more expensive than we thought it would be. These are not Home Depot prices, but the quality of the product and the work completed by the installation team was great. We would consider this company for future work.

Plumber (sub-contracted) then told me I needed to pay him personally $500 to finish the job (all caught on video cam). When I confronted Ideal they said "he shouldn't have done that". That was it! The shower faucets were eventually replaced with "crap". Hard to get the faucets to work properly (very hard to turn and regulate) but they still wanted their $2000. Worst experience EVER. Lost alot of sleep over that.

She ended up swiping it was little conflict but the added commentary was a bit annoying. In the future we wouldn't count this store out if we needed something last minute, but our preference would probably be to go to the Hadley store.
