I did purchase originally from a different location which came with it's own challenges, however once you have a problem you're funneled to this store and for the holy love of Christ, what a fucking trainwreck. My issue was that a part needed to be replaced because it was damaged on delivery. Literally 4 months later and a dozen emails, the part finally arrived... damaged. Damaged part was taken away and there was zero communication for weeks, despite numerous emails from me. Only after I emailed like 4 other managers did I get a response. I finally agreed to take a measly 10% refund instead of dealing with the absolute clusterfuck that is Manny's. They didn't ask how I wanted the money returned, and the card they refunded to was decommissioned months ago due to fraud. The billing department called me to try to fix the issue (honestly, the only competent person I dealt with). Unfortunately he told me his money was gone and that I should call my bank and find out where his money went. After I made it clear that was not my responsibility, he quickly agreed to just cut me a check. Problem started in early July and was "resolved" this week (December 8). PLEASE save yourself - there are so many more competent appliance companies.

Zero stars. Scary, abusive installation process. This store has no business selling Miele or any…read moreother high end appliances. During the process of installing a $2K dishwasher, the installer complained about one thing after another - first, he couldn't get one of the hoses out; then he wasn't sure he'd be able to install the cabinet panel. He became agitated when I tried to wipe off residual styrofoam pieces from the side of the dishwasher before he installed it, and he ordered me to, "get out of [his] work area." When I explained that I was just wiping off the styrofoam pieces, he said, "I have kids to pick up, get out of my work area or I'll leave; this isn't my main job anyway." When finished, he left me with a leaking pipe and told me to call a plumber. He denied damaging the pipe and claimed it was old and ready to crack. When met with skepticism, he told me, "f*** you" and "go F*** yourself." When I contacted the owner of Salemi Appliances, a man who identified himself as "Vincent," he defended the installer by stating that he had never had any complaints about him, and therefore I must have provoked him into being abusive. Two days later, a licensed plumber came to look at the leak and said that it was clearly from the work that the dishwasher installer did, which he said was not consistent with MA plumbing code. So either the installer is incompetent or he intentionally did an incompetent job. Women should be extremely cautious about buying anything at this store or allowing them to send someone into their homes. Spend your money elsewhere. And always look at the "lowest" reviews - you can't really verify who's giving the high reviews - relatives, friends, employees, who knows.

No luck, it only went back about a year. Second, I called "customer care" to see if they could tell me when I had purchased my lawn mower. Nope. Same problem, could only go back about a year. Third, called Home Depot Credit dept., the girl was very nice, same problem though, only able to go back about a year. Home Depot, more than happy to take the consumer's money for a product but should be able to keep better record of purchases in order to help with purchase and warranty information. Very disappointing. I see, and was a little surprised to see, several bad reviews for Home Depot. I guess as with so many businesses, it's going downhill and not as reliable as it used to be.

I took that to mean what every bed I have ever purchased comes with: a standard frame. When the delivery drivers showed up there was no frame. I called who I assume was the manager, unable to get a hold of the salesman who sold me the bed. He essentially refused to provide a frame with the bed. Said I misunderstood the salesman and the bed doesn't come with a frame. And that by "support" the salesman was referring to the box spring. Which doesn't make sense because after the salesman gave me the price for the set (mattress & box spring inclusive) he said, "that comes with the support". But the manager refused to acknowledge that and told me a frame is $120 extra. I can come down to the store and he'll sell me one. Every bed I've bought in the past has always come with a standard metal frame. And almost every company who delivered to me assembled the frame and set the bed and box spring on the frame, or the "support" for the bed set. The indifference of the manager was really unfortunate. After the amount of money I just spent in there on a high end bed. And I just moved into a new place and have no furniture. I was looking to buy more than just a bed. I guess they really don't need the business down at Pieroway's in Ludlow. Not a considerate or smart way to treat your customer. If that's how they do business. For a $120 he was willing to turn my business away. And that price for a standard metal frame he quoted is high by about $60. Due to the attitude of the manager, I'll furnish my home some place else.
