The staff isn't paid on a sales basis so there in no overselling. When we chose the refrigerator we liked I've was informed that the price had dropped $200! It was delivered today by two employees , Justin and Anthony . They were very pleasant and professional. They set up the refrigerator and explained all the options and features to us. Son Andrew was very nice and after looking at other local businesses we came back to Borys because of more choices. The furniture is built in the USA and my sofa and chair arrived on time and is sturdy and beautiful. I also dealt with the father who does not have Andrew's charm, but was very good at helping me match pillow fabric to accent the sofa. Very pleased!
