The staff isn't paid on a sales basis so there in no overselling. When we chose the refrigerator we liked I've was informed that the price had dropped $200! It was delivered today by two employees , Justin and Anthony . They were very pleasant and professional. They set up the refrigerator and explained all the options and features to us. They were fast and efficient. We have always purchased our appliances from Cluett's and will continue to do that. From purchase to installation the service was outstanding.

On Thursday, August 18, "Felipe" replaced mom's chair remote control, replacing another piece of wiring that was fried, underneath the chair in the frame, which someone had repaired half-assed...The frame was also loose so he put a couple of screws in it to secure the frame. He also helped me move mom's new chair out to the den, which we needed to return because it was too large, and put mom's old chair back in her den. He told me his grandmother had gone through a similar situation as mom did where he tried to get her a new chair but it was too big and had to be replaced. What a credit this young man is to Raymour and Flanigan! I gave him a generous cash tip for his outstanding efforts!

Nearly $5000 for a pair of Stressless leather chairs for my elderly 85 year old parents. Two months…read morein, the leather on one is stretched out and has lost its shape (parents are 160 and 120 pounds). The chairs also show difference in color. Chair that hasn't lost its shape is a brighter more vibrant blue much more pronounced in person. I understand that leather is a natural product, but these extremes are too much in nine weeks, and at almost $2500 each on sale they should look great for years to come. At Circle Furniture, Lisa at Customer Service not willing to do anything based on PHOTOS but refuses to come see the chairs in person. Maybe provide a return with a 40% restocking fee. My parents don't want to return the chairs. They have bought stressless chairs for years and have never experienced this issue. The chairs have been in the house for exactly 9 weeks. The least they could do is come out and inspect the chairs but Circle Furniture not willing. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Customer service is stunningly lacking.

I took that to mean what every bed I have ever purchased comes with: a standard frame. When the delivery drivers showed up there was no frame. I called who I assume was the manager, unable to get a hold of the salesman who sold me the bed. He essentially refused to provide a frame with the bed. Said I misunderstood the salesman and the bed doesn't come with a frame. And that by "support" the salesman was referring to the box spring. Which doesn't make sense because after the salesman gave me the price for the set (mattress & box spring inclusive) he said, "that comes with the support". But the manager refused to acknowledge that and told me a frame is $120 extra. I can come down to the store and he'll sell me one. Every bed I've bought in the past has always come with a standard metal frame. And almost every company who delivered to me assembled the frame and set the bed and box spring on the frame, or the "support" for the bed set. The indifference of the manager was really unfortunate. After the amount of money I just spent in there on a high end bed. And I just moved into a new place and have no furniture. I was looking to buy more than just a bed. I guess they really don't need the business down at Pieroway's in Ludlow. Not a considerate or smart way to treat your customer. If that's how they do business. For a $120 he was willing to turn my business away. And that price for a standard metal frame he quoted is high by about $60. Due to the attitude of the manager, I'll furnish my home some place else. I won't ever go back.

Perhaps they've been plagued by shoplifters, but there's nothing more annoying than profiled as a thief when you're legit trying to shop; no need to follow me around, sir/madam. If you're going to have security, keep them at the entrance/exit. It's rude and uncomfortable for them to profile your shoppers and follow them around the store. -seasonal items don't stay long. Went shopping for a swimsuit in September, and everything was already gone (not even in clearance!). Was told I'd have to purchase online. Close to home, good for the basics.

This location also has a large clearance section unlike some other locations.
