Finally got him to come and take a look at the job in October 2024 and since then I have asked twice for the quote...most recently on March 19th and was told he would get us one that week and we are still waiting. Maybe he can't handle the size of the project? His loss, but he should communicate this instead of stringing customers along. Received his name from a local gravel supplier, will be letting them know about our experience too so they think twice before referring.

After our couch was delivered, I noticed that the back pieces were not aligned. I sent pictures to Gary, he set up an appointment with a furniture representative who came out last weekend to see what might be wrong. An EASY fix. When they delivered the sofa, they forgot to add the two center legs that supported the middle of the sofa. I called to thank Gary for taking care of the issue. I love the sofa and I would definitely order again from Beautiful Rooms. Thank you for the great service!

I cannot say enough about East Coast Vinyl Fence and Decks! They were AMAZING!…read more They were referred to us by some friends and were super responsive when we reached out. We had storm damage from one of the hurricanes last summer which left us with a quarter of our yard's fence destroyed. The owner, Vinnie, took the time during his initial visit with us to explain everything from timeline to materials to procedure/payment process. He sympathized with us greatly as pet owners and even put up a temporary fence before the new fence was installed and during! We decided to completely replace our fence as it had seen better days anyway. We had quite a few estimates for repair/replacement of our fence, but East Coast Vinyl had the best value and the best price. The crew was super efficient and professional and even had our entire yard fenced in within 2.5 days! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
