Installation was a little more complicated than quality fixtures but not unexpected. Today, the entire sink fell from the counter-top nearly ripping the drain line out of the wall. It was simply attached with adhesive. What a mess. I won't return to this store at any price. This poor quality is not worth the price or time to install even if it was free.

It used to be when you came in they would display cool vintage appliances, stoves and even refrigerators sometimes. None of that today, just some new fiberglass tubs. I came here to find an old three-panel door. I was told by the greeter to go to the very back of the store. I walked past several full kitchen cabinet sets to enter what appeared to be a large unmarked extension of the store, albeit messier. There, I found four doors that were exactly what I was looking for. A less-than-polite young man approached me saying I couldn't be back here. They didn't mark the backroom entrance! Ok, put a sign out there buddy. I was later told the floor sign they displayed showing "Employees only" was removed so they could move some things around. Still that's no reason to be rude to customers! I proceeded to the door section. After looking for a while, I couldn't find what I needed. An older woman dressed in black volunteered to help. So I asked her specifically, did she have anymore of these 3-panel doors in the back room. To which, she said "If it's not out here we don't have it. We don't keep things in the back room." What a load, feigning helpfulness with the hopes I would take some of their old and beaten inventory off their hands. In the end, I couldn't justify purchasing anything off the floor. The stock was old, variety of stuff was way down, and helpfulness was nil. If you're looking for something special, go to your local ReStore. They'll be more polite, helpful, and they won't lie to your face and move you on like a piece of cattle. You might actually find what you're looking for.

Shopping for appliances shouldn't cause a person to lose years of their life due to stress and…read moreanxiety, but that's what happened when my mom bought her new stove from Lowes. She paid for delivery and to have her old stove removed. First it started that they arrived 2 days before the day they had originally scheduled. No phone call, no heads up, just arrived with the stove. The people who brought said new stove were rude, and didn't want to remove the old stove because they said it was still connected, that it had to be disconnected. Why didn't they say that to my mother when she paid for the stove and made the delivery arrangements? Completely and totally irresponsible. Then, as if that weren't enough. My mom had to pay for an outside person to come, and disconnect the old stove in a safe manner, and called Lowes again so they can come pick up the stove. The day they were supposed to come, they never showed up, no phone call, nothing. She called when it was getting towards the afternoon and they fed her a million and one excuses and arranged it for another day. Wasting people's time! My mom is an older woman, with a pacemaker and other health issues where she can't be going through instances like this. These people have absolutely no consideration for customer's time. No decency whatsoever. Even if they were giving things away, neither my mom nor I would ever set foot at this Lowes again.

If you do manage to find someone they have a garbage attitude and rest you like shit. I've even complained to the management whom also have a bad attitude. The section sucks, never have anything in stock. At this point Home Depot and Ace are much better options. Do yourself a favor, if you want to go to a Lowe's, go to Hadley, they are much nicer and have much better selection.
