He was also not transparent about disposal fees until he was already on site and there wasn't much we could do about it. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.

He took a look at the roof and gave me a price and repair date of the following afternoon. When I called and expressed my frustration that we would have appreciated a heads up they said "that's just how we do things". In late October I they just showed up, with no notice, to do the repair. My dogs were going to be out that day and my neighbor notified me that they were working on the fence (I was at work).
