I called ahead and they had everything I needed. I called back and asked to add soma few things to my order. The woman on the phone rudely said, "it's already packed." When walked in and told the woman behind the counter that I had an order, it immediately became clear from her voice that it was The same woman I spoke with on the phone. But she acted like I was someone new to her. I told her I had an order, and she acted as if it was the most preposterous thing anyone has ever said. She screwed her face up and said, lwhat are you talking about, for what?" I won't type out the whole in exchange, but she happily walked me out pointed at a few things and said, "they're right here! Where it says curbside pick up!" Meanwhile, my order was blocking the sign that said curbside pick up. She just really could've been a nicer human being. The prices were a little more than the big box stores but it is family owned, local, and has everything we needed for home repairs/upgrades. They have two locations, Canton and West Hartford. They offer paint recycling. If they don't have the product in stock, they will order it for you since they are affiliated with the Ace Hardware warehouse; the warehouse carries over 80,000 items. They offer many services in-house such as key cutting and propane fills. When you join the Ace Rewards, you can earn rewards with every purchase. Overall, a great asset for the community.
