This place is stocked full of Dash small appliances. I have such a weakness for the brand. I own the small griddles and waffle makers, but not the one that does a gingerbread person waffle. As much as I want one because it's cute, I decided to use some willpower and moved on. I ended up getting a tweezer case with a mirror that goes up to 15x magnification. I don't have a case for my tweezers when I travel and the mirror doesn't hurt to have. It was on sale. It works well! I went to pay for my item. The woman at the checkout area was friendly, I paid with a credit card and didn't experience any issues. I thanked the woman and left. You can place an order and pick it up here when it's ready. They give you calls as the process makes progress. The first appointment is where they come in and measure your kitchen Countertops using laser to get the accurate measurements. The technician came on time and was very professional. The next appointment is the actual installation. They gave me a call and gave a heads up that the since the stone was too large and if it didn't go in, they might have to take it back to their site, cut it and bring it back. I liked the fact that they gave me this heads up. We had 4 technicians come over to bring the stone inside and they were very thorough in their job. The final installation looks great! I strongly recommend them.

Knowing what our plans were and what we wanted she should have brought it to our attention. 3) I don't think the kitchen designers are much like designers just sales people with measuring training. I was told to choose my tiles for a back splash. What I chose was very busy for my countertops. I have no experience in this kind of thing. Had she been a real designer she would have guided me something else.

We found AJ helpful by calling the only other location in Maple Grove for the amount of tile we needed. You can return full cases but not individual sheets of tile unless you bought them that way. The tiles range from basic shapes to glitzy! Beautiful wood, laminate and stone flooring as well; drove to Maple Grove and to our surprise our glass backsplash on a close out $37 per case(15) sheets Luscious glass tiles originally over $8.00 per sheet now a steal Three cases and we were out! Ample parking. Great staff. Designers for free but no installers. I would go back! The icing on the cake? Design manager Nick called me today when he saw we bought one sheet big that tile at Apple Valley to take to Maple Grove who had more stock. I mean who first that now days? Purchased WATERPROOF laminate flooring for the family room. Installed it and our pet had an…read moreaccident on the floor. It wasn't noticed right away so the cleanup didn't happen for about an hour. The next day, when dusting the floor, we noticed it was bubbling at the seam between boards. We took pictures and brought them to the store in Apple Valley, MN and they referred us to the Florida manufacturer. Our complaint was sub contracted to a service that does that sort of thing. Long story short - they denied any responsibility. We will have to go to small claims court to pursue this. In the meantime we are out 1250.00 and have to replace the flooring with a totally vinyl flooring we purchased from Home Depot. Which is what we should have done from the start. I wouldn't buy another thing from Floor & Decor. They are sadly not customer orientated.

Finally, after many attempts, I reached Derrick in the office. He never apologized for not getting back to me. Mind you, I live in Minnesota and we are currently experiencing sub-below temps and I have a window that won't close and freezing cold air is pouring into my house. Derrick informed me that the window installation is only covered for the first 2 years and it will cost me $75 for them to come out and look at it. He seemed to be put out by my request to have the window fixed and asked if I still wanted them to come out. Really??? I'm the most upset about 3 things; 1. The terrible customer service 2. The poor quality of the window because even though it's been 7 years I shouldn't be having trouble shutting it. 3. My bad, because I thought the window had a lifetime guarantee. Buyer beware!
