If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. At first the repair looked fine, but over time it deteriorated and now appears yellow against the white countertop. This summer we got another chip. My original thought was to go with Leon's again, so I contacted them. They provided a quote and asked if I wanted to move forward. I said yes, and then...nothing. They never followed up to schedule the work. I emailed them several times and was simply ignored. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If they no longer want the job, they could at least let me know. Fortunately this turned out to be a blessing. I noticed the yellowing from their previous repair and found a far better company to fix my new chip. I will be using anyone other than Leon's going forward. I highly recommend avoiding Leon's at all costs, and suggest considering a company like CounterTech.

Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.

Cambria promptly sent a Tecnician to look at the chipped area and the technician "repaired" the chip - telling me that chips happen. I've had formica, Corian, granite and a different quartz countertops over the years and none of those have chipped. I would not purchase this product again.

I ordered Cambria Travella after seeing slab and seeing in installed as a countertop. I ordered…read more2 slabs through my fabricator. When the Travella was installed one slab looked very different from what I had seen and from the other slab. The veining looked smirred - my decorator and others who saw it all agreeed. I called Cambria and it took 3 days for a call and another 3 days for the technician to come out and then the manager told me it would be another 2-3 days to review the situation. He then told me the slab was not defective and would not replace. I would not recommend using them.

I can't afford to redo my whole counter at the moment, but I needed just a fairly small piece of stone--about 1.5 sq ft--for a countertop addition. Unlike a half dozen other companies I called they were responsive, accommodating, and very affordable. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... Their warehouse and workshop is open to the public, because why wouldn't you want to show off such excellent workmanship? They have all the options you could dream of, and all at unbeatable prices.
