I'm accustomed to used dealers having at least somewhat inflated prices, so this was a pleasant surprise. Test drove a couple, and really liked one in particular so I came back within a couple days to get it. Had several interactions with who I presume is the owner, his son, and another lady there, and all interactions were very pleasant - no abrasive sales pushing, no excessive chatting, no sleaziness. Again, not what I'm accustomed to at a used dealer. They took my older car as a trade, gave me a good deal, and I'm very pleased with the car I got. It was an older car so I've learned to always assume there will be some maintenance I need to catch up on, but even after getting whatever needed fixed fixed, I still consider this a good deal. Best experience at a used car dealer I've had. I have another vehicle I'm considering replacing and may end up just coming back here since they've earned my trust. Would recommend this used dealer over any others I've dealt with in the past.

They wouldn't negotiate on price until I got a PPI which was scheduled for Monday morning - the earliest appt available. We arranged for me to pick up the car early Monday morning before they opened. I arrived and the salesman smiles and says, it's gone! He sold the car on Saturday. No call. No first right of refusal. No courtesy. Nothing. This car was a specialty color that is very rare. I was in love with the car and was ready to pay cash on Thursday night, but they wouldn't even discuss it before I got the PPI. That's super fishy. Is it because you were holding it for another buyer? Is it because I'm a young woman? Is it because I'm Black? Doesn't matter. It was wrong. I think it was his smile that sent me over the edge. Nothing about this situation was joyous. I will never return and I hope no one else does, either. Shame on you, Fritz!

As a girl, car servicing is usually a NIGHTMARE. The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.
