He was super knowledgeable and helped to answer all my questions (and even the dumb ones with no judgement). This is the best place to get your scooter repaired, hands down! When my Liberty 150 was vandalized, I took it to this shop for repair. Alex and the service techs were experts in working on my scooter. Alex kept me informed and explained the repairs and costs thoroughly. He went the extra mile by showing me tips on putting gas in my scoot and discussed theft deterrents with me- and was never sales pitchy. These guys are skilled experts and down-to-earth. I purchased a brand new Vespa from these guys which is supposed to come with black mirrors. For some reason mine had chrome. My only guess is that they took them off to please another buyer with black mirrors and swapped them out. I talked to Brian before buying the bike about it and he said he would get me black mirrors and would talk to the rep. I call and text and either get the run around and hear crickets from them. Save yourself, your motorcycle (or scooter), and your sanity... and avoid this place at all costs. Potential customers, please read my small novella before embarking on an inevitably crappy journey down a long, stupid road. I literally signed up for yelp just to write about this experience: I went to RTW because it was nearby, it has 4 stars, they sell and service cool bikes, sign me up! Unfortunately, I did not dig into the many 1-star reviews further down the page until after my trashfire experience with them, and woe is me, I regret it. (Potential RTW customers: DNA Motorlab is worth the hike, and I wish I had gone there instead. Please give them your business, they are wonderful.) I called and talked to Bob about installing an aftermarket clutch lever on my motorcycle (Ducati Scrambler). This is a ridiculously easy task, but a stripped nut required drilling/cutting that I didn't have the tools to do on my own, so I went to them for help. The first warning sign I ignored was that they failed to mention the replacement bolt that would need to be ordered (specific to my bike) since the old one would be wrecked in the disassembly. I had to point it out to them, and they told me I had to buy it myself. Ok. Sure. Whatever. Warning sign 2: Blatant sexism on full display. When I called to ask a follow-up question, Bob asked me "why isn't your boyfriend helping you with this?" Well Bob, hate to break it to you, but I don't need a man's help finding a bolt, nor do I need your rude and misogynistic jokes attempting to undermine my intelligence or my ability to complete a simple task despite my tragic lack of a Y chromosome. Thanks for solidifying the stereotype of motorcycling being a macho hobby/sport that women can't be party to or have any knowledge of, though. Very contemporary view! 2020! Ignoring the red flags, I finally take the bike to get the lever installed. I pick it up later that day. I thought the story was over. Think again! The next day I go to start the bike, it won't start in gear. I realize that the extremely knowledgeable and capable mechanic(s) didn't install the kill tab, and that the bike had been in neutral when I had--blissfully ignorant--fired it up and ridden away from RTW with my new lever. Little did they know (dun dun dunnnn!), I had read through the assembly instructions and knew all the directions/parts required for the install prior to taking it to RTW. Despite being a woman, I know how to read! I call them (2-3 times, because they didn't return my phone calls) and they claim the kill tab wasn't in the box when they did the install. I literally have an email from RevZilla guaranteeing that all the parts--including that one--were in the box after a previous issue with this. RevZilla and ASV and I must all be lying. That's the only answer here, according to the fully realized humans at RTW. I attempt a protest ("I'm 1000% sure it was in the box and I have documentation to prove it"), but it's my word against theirs, and who am I? A dumb woman! Then, in a remarkable turn of events, they tell me during a second phone call that the mechanic *definitely* installed it, because they no longer had it in their possession. Wait a minute. Let's get this straight, you didn't install it because it wasn't in the box, but you definitely installed it because it was no longer in the box. That makes sense. There are a few possible scenarios here. It could be ASV--probably the most respected manufacturer of this particular part--manufactured the kill tab SO poorly, it just fell off as soon as I rode away. Or could it maybe, just maybe! be your mechanic, who installed it incorrectly, and that caused it to fall off? Or was he just so absentminded in his "work" (sigh) that he just forgot to put it on altogether and the tiny little piece made its way onto the floor and into the trash? Or could it just be your entire lousy business sucks top to bottom, and you're too shitty to admit a simple mistake and be held accountable for it? Occam's Razor strikes again! For RTW, it seems the only viable scenario was that I didn't ask my boyfriend for help, so I must have removed that essential part from the box in a fit of female hysteria. Sorry Bob, I'm not the dumb woman you thought I was. TL;DR: don't go to this place--unless you want to deal with sexist nincompoops who have absolutely no idea what they're doing and refuse to be held accountable for blatant and sloppy errors. Great spot with genuine people. IN BOB WE TRUST!! Came to test ride the new Royal enfield line up. The 650 twin as well as the Himalayan. Called in and Bob said to come through no problem. We got to talking about bikes and rides, Bob is the real deal. He rode through India, on an Enfield. He's a kind and genuine and relaxed guy. I took 2 bikes out for a test and after the ride he did not pressure me at all. I felt like I was talking to a friend more than a guy who sells bikes. I thanked him and returned him as I like to sit on big decisions. Next day I called and he prepped me a new Himalayan, with the side racks and hard boxes and battery tender. I bought a motorcycle here for over $10k that was totaled by a complete engine failure a little over a week after I bought it. They did not offer to give me my money back or help with the repair in any way. After I towed it back to the shop, it took them over a month to tell me what had happened which is that a valve had likely dropped on it. The week I had the bike there were a few issues I noticed such as it not wanting to start, or generate a charge on the battery, it would also die at idle on occasion and then not want to start again. I informed them and asked if it was normal or anything I should worry about and they told me no. After the engine blew, I found out that the problems I was experiencing had been indicators for other people with the same motorcycle that the engine was about to fail. After finding out the bike would need a new engine and was essentially totaled, I asked if there was any way they could help me get a new engine or share any of the costs with me, which they refused, claiming they sold it to me and had no obligation to me for anything that happened after the sale. The motorcycle was on consignment, so I believe that is the reason they didn't see it as their problem, but from my perspective, I was paying a premium to buy a bike from a dealership to have a fallback option if something went terribly wrong with it right after I bought it. I have sold a motorcycle on consignment before, and the dealer made me pay to check the bike out and make sure everything is ok with it. I'm not sure if they did this and didn't notice anything or did and didn't mention anything to me. However, I felt they should have at least offered to help me repair the bike or back up what they sold to me in some way, but they did no such thing even after I went in around 4 times in person to try and find a solution or compromise with them. Eventually I felt I had no other option than to look for legal recourse and we ended up settling for them buying the motorcycle back from me for what I paid for it, as well as a fair amount for other costs and damages. It is unfortunate for both of us, as I felt like the dealer and I were both blindsided by the previous owner to a degree as I later found out they had used it as a track bike primarily, but I also feel that an official dealership of a brand should back up the product they are selling on their showroom floor in some way. They seemed like nice guys and I think a lot of people seemed to have had good experiences with them, but I had to share this bad experience so that people are aware this is how they handled the situation and can factor that in when deciding to do business with them or not. read more

These guys are asleep at the wheel and fail at providing even the most basic customer service. They list bikes for sale that will not be there when you come visit and will look at you confused and mumble how they don't know where the bike is. You can make an appointment to come in to test ride a bike and instead of giving you a call to let you know it has been sold, they'll just wait for you to waste your time and come in so they can look confused (again) and tell you "I don't what the deal is....I guess it sold...". I was wondering why I've never heard of these guys and now I get it. Don't waste your time giving your hard earned dollars to people who seriously don't give a $hit about their customers. read more

I sold my old motorcycle and few months and kept thinking of the Royal Enfield Himalayan. The shop had spoke. To me about it in a few occasion, and I kept coming back to it. I walked in one day and Bob offered me to test ride it. Never pushy about it, he talked about how he had gone to India to ride the bike in the Himalayas with Royal Enfield the company. I slept on the decision, and came back the following week to purchase the bike and it was a very smooth process. I had an issue show up with the bike later, and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I've had bad experiences with mechanics, and this was such a breath of fresh air. This was my first time buying a new motorcycle, the support the give and he knowledge they have, I would really recommend this place to anyone. I emailed and asked about a particular model I liked. Mr Howard (first name kind of hard to say) told me the ballpark price by email. I thought it was just a tad higher than I liked. So I asked if there was any 2019 models left. There was one, and he told me he could get me 3-400 dollar discount. I put down a deposit via paypal to hold it right away. Then showed up a day later to pay off the reminder and to load the baby onto my truck. Mr Howard did everything; loading the scooter, tie down, paperwork stuff...etc. I was in-n-out within 30min. If it wasn't so darn hot today, I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant vehicle-shopping experience. read more

I've been a customer since 2015 but I've had too many negative experiences to continue going. To start, the customer service has been terrible in recent years. I've been ignored while there are no customers and the staff are chatting. No acknowledgement and had to interrupt them to get some service. But even worse, my partner had our scooter serviced and asked for a general inspection and tuneup. The same day we picked it up, the front brakes gave out while riding. They replied that front brake lines aren't checked during an annual service and neither were the front brake pads. After more maintenance and paying double what we expected, we also found that there were screws missing and loose from all over the scooter but mainly in the front. We were willing to tolerate the negative (sexist) customer service because this is one of the only places that we could go, but now it's become unsafe to rely on them for maintenance. I'm only adding one star because I have to in order to post the review. read more
