In my experience, this place has been ok if overpriced for basic dry cleaning, but absolutely DO NOT go to them for alterations. I brought four shirts in, all of which I asked to have shortened at the shoulder, and was charge $45 per. When I received the shirts back, all four had been shortened at the wrist. The lady I spoke to claims that I only said "shortened" and didn't specify where - wrong, but I guess she could have misunderstood - but then she additionally went on to claim that "no one" shortens dress shirts at the shoulder, and that if I wanted them shortened then by definition I HAD to have meant shortened at the wrist. I'm sorry but, what??? Shortening at the shoulder is more difficult and more expensive, but it's hardly unheard of, and I've had it done before, many times and at many places. Also, given that I was charged $45 for each, shortening at the wrist is insane - even $30 would have been steep for that, and the only reason I didn't balk at the price was that I thought she would be doing a more complex alteration. Now I have four ruined shirts, for $180 that she refuses to refund, because she insists that a fairly common alteration which she agreed to perform is actually impossible. This cleaner ruined an expensive coat by shrinking it a full size. The woman owner then proceeded to gaslight me telling me there was nothing wrong with the coat. I was shocked to find they didn't know how to dryclean a boiled wool coat. I was even more surprised they didn't know how to handle a mistake when they made one. No apology was offered. No refund for the cleaning was offered, and certainly no compensation for the coat was offered....just a denial that there was anything wrong. read more

My clothes were done on time and the quality of the cleaning and pressing seems to be very good. While it was only a handoff, the service from the woman behind the counter was warmer than last time. So I'm updating this review to reflect that. I might try out other dry cleaners before returning here but we'll see! read more

Absolutely the worst dryer cleaner I have ever been to. Do not go here you will regret it. They cost me $280 and a lot of grief when they damaged my brand new formal dress after I took it to be hemmed along with some other alterations. The back of my dress came back from them 2 inches shorter than the front, they cut the inner skirt lining with a pair of dull scissors and both the lining and hem of the dress were crooked and the stitch botched. There was no way to repair the dress but to cut it even shorter which would ruin the look of the dress, which was tea length. After bringing it home and trying it on I went back to the dry cleaners with the dress to show them the damage and to ask for my money back (bc they make you pay in advance for everything so I should have trusted my gut then) but the owner refused to pay me for the cost of the damaged dress and the $120 they charged me for alterations. We argued and I kept asking her for their policy on damaged clothing but she wouldn't give me an answer or give me their policy and she kept saying that she didn't think the dress was damaged and couldn't see anything wrong with the job they did. The owner was straight up gas lighting me repeatedly saying, "I don't know what the problem is here," when I was very clearly telling and showing her what the obvious problem was. I'm furious that they ruined my dress, that they refused to rectify their mistake, or refund me for the damage they had done to my dress. I live in the area and love this shopping center and the businesses in it but this first time of using this dry cleaner will be the last. I regret ever stepping foot into this business. I spoke to one other business owner in the shopping center about my experience and they said that complaints about this establishment are regular. I hope this review helps warn people so that they don't get scammed like I did. read more

I really like this cleaner. It's not really close to my house but their location is easy to reach. The owners are very kind and they do really nice jobs. The prices are pretty fair and they give me a good deal everytime I go. You should try this cleaner if you don't satisfied with other cleaners near by this location. read more

Hours are not reliable. They list their opening time as 7 am - I walk over at 7:15 on more than one occasion and they are not open yet. I don't get the clothes I need to go to work. About a week after dropping off my suit, and after having called several times regarding their unreliable mornings, I finally stood face to face with an employee who told me that after a WEEK my suit still wasn't ready and that I should come back tomorrow. I came back the next day in the morning after 7, they weren't open yet. Again. I've also witnessed employees being very rude to some handicap customers asking to use their assigned spaces next to the assigned handicap spaces when they're all full. Even when there are no customers in the cleaners, they rudely refused to help out a handicap man borrow their space temporarily while he picked up some carryout next door when all the other handicap spaces were taken. Stay away from this dry cleaner. I took a cotton/linen blouse to be cleaned. They require payment in advance, so I paid the exorbitant price of $8.20 cents ahead of time. I pointed out a small brown spot on the back and the person waiting on me (an older Asian woman) said they would try to remove the brown spots, but no guarantee. After keeping the item for a week, I just went in to pick it up. She brought the blouse out, pressed and supposedly cleaned. When I looked at the back and the spots were still there, she said they tried to get it out but couldn't. I said you gotta be kidding! I took it home? Sprayed some Shout on it and within 30seconds the spots disappeared. What the hell? They owe me $8.20. Course, after the spot came out I called to complain and OF COURSE they don't pick up the phone. This is a big rip off place. I hope they go out of business and some other real cleaners takes the spot. Though convenient I will never go back there. read more

This is the first and last time I will ever take anything to this business. This is unfortunate because it is a 3 minute walk from my house and I think we all know how valuable that is in a dry cleaner. The cleaning service was fine-- though they charged me for two extra sweaters... I may not have noticed this had the extremely poor quality of some minor repairs to my favorite sweater not caused me to examine my receipt. The repairs were made to several tiny holes and were so poorly done that they resulted in very obvious folds in the fabric of the sweater. When I asked for my money back (at $5 a hole, it seemed a fair expectation that they would be done adequately), the employee (maybe the owner?) became extremely combative. It was so shocking that I am actually a little relieved to see from the above review that I am not the only one to have experienced this type of attitude at this establishment. I removed the repairs and redid them myself. I am no seamstress, so you can imagine how bad it needed to be for this to be a better alternative. Went in to drop off some clothes and the place smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Mentioned this to the worker who said someone was smoking outside and it wafted in (hard to believe but I went with it). Came back to pick up the clothes and once again, the place smelled. Mentioned it again to the guy who tried to laugh it off. Crazy to think they are smoking in there where people take their clothes to be cleaned. Not to mention their prices are off the charts. I took 4 pairs of pants to be hemmed at $12 each. The quality of the work seemed fine when I brought the pants home. The second time I wore one of the pairs of dress pants, the hem unraveled as soon as I got to work in the morning. The owner/employee quoted me $5 to fix the problem, claiming that it was my fault and I must have stepped on the hem with my heel. I know I did not step on the pants with my heel for two reasons: the hem unraveled in the front, and the hem started unraveling from the side seem and not from the middle of the pant bottom. When I tried to explain why I thought they should fix it for free, the owner/employee became very combative and then asked other customers to weigh in, which I found completely inappropriate. The owner/employee stalled for about 15 minutes and waited on 4 other customers before I forced her to make a decision on whether she would fix the pants for free. For $5 (and a two-minute sewing job) they have lost the business of potentially a long-term customer. I will never go there again and will be sure to pass this story on to my friends and neighbors. read more
