    I am a new client. I used Metro Valet (at SS metro) preciously, but a recent move put this business closer. The hours are 10am to 6pm Mon-Sat, closed on Sunday. My initial visit was for an emergency alteration (the zipper on my winter coat broke/I couldn't take my coat off!) There is one woman that seems to be front of the house (the receipt notes her name as "Sunny"). She is extremely friendly, personable, and kind. She apologized saying her sister may be able to look at it later in the week - my guess is she does the alterations for the business. I didn't end up returning for the alteration, but the very positive interaction made me bring my hand-woven, queen-sized quilt in for its biannual clean ($40) and a wool sweater ($7.85). The same woman was very happy and thankful for my business as a new customer. The prices were minimally cheaper than my previous dry cleaner. It took nearly the same amount of time to get the items back. The results were comparable. I am very satisfied and happy to return for my dry cleaning needs. I have no comment on alterations at this time.

    Wanted to charge me $65 to dry clean one area rug the length of my leg! Prices are absolutely ridiculous.

    Lost half my clothes the first time using this service. Just got off the phone with "customer…read moreservice" and their solution is for me to file a claim where I send them pictures of my missing items. I don't know about you, but I don't have pictures of my socks and bras. And I don't make it a habit of taking pictures of the clothes in my hamper. When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. If a representative bothers to respond to this review, don't believe anything they have to say about this being an anomaly. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. If it has been more than 14 days, you can send this information here and we'll open a claim for you. Thank you - we're here to help." So you lose people's clothes often enough to have a canned response ready??? Do NOT use these people. I don't know where to begin replacing these items. I'm so glad I didn't let them dry clean my custom-made items. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Rinse should not be in business. Shame on you.
