The first time my daughters 2 year old Jeep was making odd noise from the right front tire. They took us in that day. About an hour later they called to tell us that they had found the problem and that it was an issue that was still under warranty. Not only did they not charge us for working on our car, they made the appointment for us at the local Jeep dealer and all we had to do was take the car over to the dealership and drop it off, to be picked up the next day. The second time I was coming to town when my wiper fluid froze while driving the 3 hour trip to Cortland. I called Ron on my way to town and asked if he could fit me in and help, this was the Monday after the big snow storm we just had so lots of salt on road. He said come in as soon as I get to town. I did so, he unclogged my wiper fluid and sent me on my merry way again with no cost. I am so happy to know that if I have an issue there is Ron and his company to be there and treat us right.

He then left me stranded because he was butthurt that I didn't fall for his scam AND on top of all that, when I called to speak to the owner, Matt Karpal, he was incredibly rude and actually told me he straight up didn't care that his driver tried to scam me and proceeded to insult my family and my sexuality when I called out the fact that he didn't care they tried to scam me. I have also made the BBB aware of all this and they will be investigating the whole situation very thoroughly. I wish I didn't even have to give one star, the way I was treated was a -100 Enjoy dealing with the BBB Matt

I don't normally write reviews online. In fact, I believe that this is my first. However, the…read moreservice I received from this business was more than satisfactory, and felt inclined to share. Over Easter weekend, in fact during the early morning hours of, I was on a trip with a friend and everything underneath my car's hood sounded like it was grinding itself into pieces. I was able to pull over on the side of the road and called this 24 hour towing service. The driver, whom I believe his name to be Brian, arrived shortly thereafter and assisted myself and my friend. He towed the car, which was a few miles outside of a town I learned to be Greene, as I was not familiar with the area at all. He gave us a ride along with my vehicle to the garage, and did his best to help us. He called us a cab from Binghampton to pick us up at 2am to bring us to the closest hotel. He even brought us to a 24 hour gas station to wait for the cab, which we were grateful for since it was freezing, and we didnt know where we were. He was very kind helpful, and professional. Then, by Monday, the mechanics were able to look at my vehicle, diagnose the damage, give me an estimate on repairs, and order the parts needed by early that afternoon. The vehicle was repaired and they kept in regular contact with me throughout. They called me Wednesday mornign and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for when I could pick it up, which unfortunately, since I was back home two hours away at this point, I had to wait until Thursday to do when I could get a ride after work. So I made arrangements to come later Thursday, but could only make it there after business hours. They agreed to leave my key in a concealed place so that I could come at my earliest convenience even if they were closed. By the time I got there Thursday evening, my car was pulled up and ready to drive out. I was also pleased to see they had taken the time to wash it, and while that was a small and unneccessary thing, it made me happy to see the care put into the work they do here. When I turned my key, you would never had known that just days before it had sounded like a metal concert under my hood. Everthing from the helpful towtruck driver, to the speedy repair, being kept updated, friendly employees, and yes, even the clean car, was so outstanding, when I had been working 80 hours per week for the last month at the two jobs I have, and the last thing I needed in my life was a lack of transportation. Tri County Collision helped turn an awful car experience into some faith that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and working two customer service jobs myself, I know that positive feedback should be given when it's due. To end this long review I just want to say thank you so much for being amazing at what you do and I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave.
