I came in with a low tire light. The found a nail in my tire. Fixed it quickly and was back on the road at NO CHARGE!

I will not be returning to the BA location. I have been a handful of times over the last almost 2 years and the service has only gotten worse. And the last visit (for oil change and tire rotation) they damaged my side steps and refused to even come out and take a look at my vehicle. Stating that I would need to leave my vehicle with them for a day or two for the mechanic to take a look at it. read more

I took my truck in for a tire pressure issue, Robertsons quickly had my tire repaired and said it was because of a screw. They were able to have me in and out in around 30 mins. Usually I'm satisfied with Robertson Tire's products and services. But on this occasion they sold me a trailer tire that was manufactured 2 years ago, date code 22nd week of 2024 (today is 23rd week of 2026). Tires "age out" and are recommended to be replaced every 6 years, so I only will get 4 years of service out of this trailer tire. This reflects poor inventory rotation at the south Broken Arrow store. read more

When my son had car problems with his Hyundai we had his car towed to Robertson. Tire repair or replace. Tires purchased with road hazard on 07/24. 5000 miles on tires from 07/24-10/25. One tire consistently low. Went in on Friday, 10/03 at 7:30. Found nail in tire, and was expeditiously repaired at no cost. There less than 1hr. Crew greets you as if your business and needs matter. They called at 2:18 and let me know what needed replaced (rotors and pads) I told them to go for it and they called me back at 3:37 to let me know the brakes were done and my vehicle was ready for pickup! I had been trying to get someone to look at my tire due to having a slow leak. Every weekend I'd have to take it to the tire shop for air. For some reason No One would actually Look at my tire. I stopped in at Robertson after my friend suggested and asked them, the friendly staff said no problem and found the leak and patched it. They even patched it at no charge!! I waited a couple weeks to make sure it was fixed since it always had to be filled a week after air was in it. But it's perfect. I can't thank them enough! read more

This place is amazing!!! I went there because my AC unit was not working. These guys are great. They gave me a deal on the parts and took the time to explain what my car needed. I do not know much about cars and they did not take advantage of me and overcharge me. They are very friendly and very professional!! . Took my sons car in for oil/filter and tire rotation. The previous time they had suggested that we flushed the transmission and also the brake lines. Had the transmission done at that time. Today i was going to have them do the brake fluid. They called me and told me the fluid looked fine. I told them that I appreciated their honesty. Called the day before and was told the tires were in stock. My wife arrived the next day and no tires; waited two hours for the tires to arrive. In the meantime, she was told by one of their salesmen that the rear brakes were damaged beyond repair and would have to be replaced. They installed the tires; I took the car to our mechanic, who said the brakes were fine. Did their mechanic not know his job, or did they think they could pull one on us? We own 5 vehicles in our family and it has always been a pain when we have had tire issues. I'm not very good at waiting, so typically chose not to wait in the waiting area of tire shops because its not a great atmosphere. I usually have someone come get me so I can get other things done while my car is being serviced. Last week, I purchased a pre-owned Lexus and had it inspected prior to purchase and was told tha! t I needed 2 new front tires. I immediately had an unpleasant feeling...knowing that I was going to have to deal with a tire shop (I know that this is silly). I ended up purchasing the car and that evening, after 5:30, started researching where I could get the same kind of tires online. I spoke with a couple of other shops and then, because there is a new Robertson tire less than a mile from my house, I decided to call the 68th and Garnett location to ask questions. They picked up the phone, even though it was after hours (HUGE in my mind), they let me know that the tire that I needed was on back order, but suggested another kind (ANOTHER WIN - HELP ME SOLVE MY PROBLEM). When I asked how long it would take to get the new tires and have it aligned, they did not try to upsell me on alignment warranties that I knew nothing about (THANKFUL) and they let me know that they could get me in early in the morning because they opened at 7:30am (ANOTHER WIN - MEETING MY NEEDS OF B! EING IN AND OUT BEFORE 9:30am). I decided that I could suck it up and wait in the shop and try NOT to be a diva. When I arrived, Dave McClain greeted me warmly, got my keys, and let me know that they would get me taken care of quickly. I asked about Wifi and he let me know where I could find that information and he was super friendly, making me feel at ease immediately. The waiting room was spotless, the coffee was hot, there was a brand new TV where I could chose the channel if I wanted, the chairs were comfortable, over-sized and nice and it was set off apart from the checkout area, so the atmosphere was significantly improved from my past experiences at tire shops. I was so impressed that I decided to spend the time telling you about it. I own my own business, so know, all too well that the experience of your customers is so important and that retaining customers you already have is significantly less expensive than gaining new ones. Just so you know, you definitely have a new, very pleased customer - that will sing your praises and! share the great experience. I know it sounds so silly to be impressed by a tire shop...but I was!
