We went for Bingo on Monday nights. Bring Cash....bingo is not through Roberts but supports youth hockey. I ordered the Cajun steak bites which were delicious. The crowd was a little rowdy but it was in good fun. Would probably go back again.

Visited Robert's (located in the Medina Ballroom) for a coworkers birthday lunch. It was a Thursday afternoon with a group of 6 of us. The restaurant was rather slow and became moderately busy as time progressed. Mostly a much older crowd overall. The space has a nice decor but not overly fancy. Service was nice but seemed slow for the amount of patrons. Food was pretty good but nothing extra memorable. The entire group liked their food but there was no "wow" to any of it, which was somewhat upsetting given the prices. Had it been a little better or a little cheaper this would be a 4 star in my opinion. Would probably go back for a happy hour and try some apps but outside of that wouldn't recommend.

Mmmm....delicious! Went bowling then enjoyed a delicious dinner afterwards. We made a reservation to ensure we'd be able to get in. Staff all wore masks and were friendly. There was hand sanitizer at each table and several tables were closed to adhere to COVID guidelines. My SO and I enjoyed the pretzel sticks, shrimp tacos, and the chipotle chicken burrito. We had tons of leftovers as the portions are very generous-great food for a great price. Will certainly come back again.

How do you even start with a burrito this big? Steak bites that are small, one at a time... Oofda, that was a rough pun. I'll have to cover it up... with A LOT OF CHEESE The queso is in no short supply over at Robert's. Check it out: Chipotle Chicken Burrito -- with House smoked chipotle chicken, cheddar-jack cheese, jasmine rice, corn & black bean salsa, chipotle crème, flour tortilla, homemade queso, fresh pico de gallo, fiesta salad, and tortilla chips Steak Bites -- with crimini mushrooms, jasmine rice, crispy onion straws, tomatoes, and a side of chipotle crème Teriyaki Rice Bowl -- Grilled Chicken, stir-fried vegetables, sweet Asian plum sauce, jasmine rice, crispy wontons, and green onions All from an establishment inside of the entertainment center off Highway 55 in Medina, MN road The steak was surprisingly cooked to an excellent medium-rare (I find that many places overcook meats in appetizers). Totally tender and delicious, the fried onions gave a nice light crunch to this starter. I didn't feel the rice was needed, but some might like it to help absorb the awesome side of savory, smoky chipotle créme, which complimented the steak well And then BOOM! A total BOMB of a burrito came next. I promise there's a burrito under all that cheese;) Holy buckets this was phenomenal! Rice-to-meat ratio met my expectations for sure, fresh Pico left a bit of a lighter note, and the corn salsa came through with more texture. And the cheese... yes please This monster might only be for a mighty appetite, but there's always the take-home option My dining companion had mostly delightful remarks on the stir-fry style dish. Her one note: save it for those who seriously favor tomatoes Overall, I was very impressed by Robert's. There were plenty of unique menu items, presentation was on point, and several levels of flavor kept the whole meal interesting and novel. I'd head back in a heartbeat

We had a super sweet waitress serving us strawberry lemonade and club soda on the patio while we listened to live music. There was an acoustic duo: male and female. They were singing what I would call 70s slow rock hits, songs with West Virginia in them, you know? A few people were even dancing to the slightly faster songs. A very peaceful, socially distanced, outdoor Minnesota evening.

Read below for experience. Food is good. Service is shady. Ambiance is dated but cozy.

Was I at the right place? Could I really have been in the mystical Robert's that everyone else loves so much? Maybe it was an off day? Well I don't know exactly what happened ya'll but this place was terrible! Not a friendly person to be found. The person seating us, the waitress, and the poor food runner all looked like they were imprisoned here and hated their jobs. I get it, there were screaming and running children everywhere. Everything took 3 times longer than it should have from being seated to getting our orders taken to getting the food, etc. We had a couple small simple requests that he waitress said they would accommodate, but in fact everything came out wrong. The food was TERRIBLE. You'd honestly do better eating at Applebee's. Now if you enjoy Applebee's, then you might like this. And the prices!?? Almost $60 for 2 entrees and an app would be fine if the food matched. But this stuff was all just frozen food thawed out. Do not be tricked by the fancy words on the menu.

Got the Cajun Chicken pasta. Really good. My only reason for 4 stars was that it was bit greasier than it needed to be. Service and mushrooms were amazing!

Food was really good. Drink specials and nice service. Older wait staff and younger food runners. Causal atmosphere. Good portions for the price. The food came out fast.

Tables that got sat after us already got their drinks before we even got to place our drink order. I normally don't mind slow service if the restaurant is busy, but it was not busy, our server just kept walking past us. The food was okay. We got an app (waffle fries) and I got a burger and my fiancé got the French dip. Overpriced for what it was - I was expecting something more. Only bottled/canned beer. The ambiance was not my favorite. The lights above the table were very bright and there was no decor so the place was echoey. There looked to be a counter that you could order food to go at, but not sure what that was all about. It was a confusing layout for what I thought was a sit down restaurant. Overall I was really looking forward to trying this local restaurant, but I don't need to go back.

The food was typical sports bar faire, but well done. We did not go for the July Bloody Mary of the month ($30!) (see photos), which came with more food than a full day's outing at the Minnesota State Fair. Instead, my wife had been and the Jumbo Bacon Cheddar Chive Tots ($13), which were filling and tasty. The tots were stuffed with bacon, cheddar cheese and chive, and served with aioli. I had the Traditional Bone-in Wings ($16.50) with two sauces - sweet chili, and sticky garlic gochujang. Although both were flavorful, my personal preference was for the sweet chili. All of the wings were juicy and cooked well. I also upgraded to a very large portion of beer battered fries, which were shoe-strong fries. They were cooked well - not greasy or overcooked and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal.

The vibes were laid back and welcoming. The Santa Fe Steak Bowl was flavorful and filling. The pan seared tenderloin was cooked well, and the grilled onions, peppers, avocado, pico de gallo, crispy wontons, and cheese all came together nicely over the rice. It wasn't life changing, but it was good enough. The boneless wings were crispy, juicy, and even better dipped in the ranch. I liked how it was overly sauced. The burrata bruschetta was fresh and delicious, with creamy burrata, flavorful tomato bruschetta, and a balsamic drizzle that paired perfectly with the toasted bread. The chicken wild rice soup was rich, creamy, and a little saltier than I preferred but the cup portion was generous. We dipped the bruschetta in it and it was delicious !
