Our neighbors recommended Rick Keeling to us and we couldn't be happier with the results. My husband had already did some of work: tearing out the old irrigation system due to it being set up incorrectly and leveling out the yard (it was two levels). So all we needed was (1) installation of new sprinklers and making sure it sprays in the right direction and (2) fertilizer to grow grass. We contacted Rick and he responded in a timely manner, he did a walk through with my husband in the backyard. A few days later we received a detailed email (contract) with all the the pricing and break down of work to be done. After accepting the contract, Rick got to work and had completed the project much sooner than I had expected. I'm very impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work. We're both very pleased with the results and highly recommend Rick for any of your outdoor needs.

I had three different companies come out and told them all the basics of what I did not want but as for what can be done I let them run with it. Water Saving Landscapes (Rick) by far had the best ideas and priced comparable to the others. He had ideas/suggestions that I wouldn't have even thought about. Adding a bit more "hardscape", like laying some brick in a couple areas to match what I already had there. Adding rocks and boulders in other places, along with plants. Changing the path the rain would take on those rare occasions we get rain. Making it like a little creek bed on the one side. It was a nice touch. I have a pretty decent size front yard and he thought it would take 4 - 5 days and was right on his timeline, finishing in about 4 1/2 days. He and his crew always cleaned up after each day of work so nothing was ever in the way of our daily comings and goings. I will not hesitate to contact Water Saving Landscapes (Rick) in the future for any of our exterior needs.

Ryan had prices that were competitive but also he was not afraid of an unusual situation I had to deal with and he had some very constructive ideas and solutions. We negotiated a price and completed a contract with a 10% down payment which is all a reputable contractor should ask for upfront. I had to adjust some aspects after we had completed the contract which many contractors would use to gouge you but he had no issue with using the per sq foot price on the additional area. I was concerned about the project not being completed on a timely basis and I wrote in a clause with a penalty per day if not completed in 15 days from contract signing date. But this proved rather pointless as the entire project was started two days later and finished within a week! Junior and his crew of mostly family members - were personable and patient with my questions and nagging as they worked and I learned a lot about concrete work. In conclusion -Ryan and all his crew was as nice and honest as I could have hoped for and they did great work and did not skimp on the work or the techniques used. To avoid the issue with supplier liens I told Ryan I would pay the concrete supplier and pump service myself and he had no issue with this request. This also let me see the receipts so I could verify the specifications of the concrete - 3500 psi, with fiber mix. Last- Ryan removed a large pile of roots that was torn out when prepping the site at no extra cost and he offered to do this without my asking. They cleaned up all the trash from the job as well. If you have concrete work you need done- you will be well taken care of by Ryan and Junior and their crew of hard working honest guys. They are all younger guys eager to build a long term business and not yet jaded like many contractors. I forgot to mention that both Ryan and Junior his job foreman, both had fathers in the same business so while younger guys they have been doing concrete work since they were Kids.

After bidding with three companies, Peter's Paving stood out for their thoroughness, professionalism, and fair pricing. From start to finish, Zack was fantastic to work with--he was always available to answer our questions and visited the site multiple times throughout the week-long project to ensure everything was on track. Him and everyone on the crew was committed to making sure the project was done correctly - their attention to detail was really appreciated. The crew was incredible! They tackled our tricky driveway with ease, working efficiently and staying organized every day from early morning until sunset. Watching them expertly handle the grading, pulverizing, and paving was so impressive. I texted Zack the day before our project was scheduled to start about adding a gravel driveway through another part of our property. Not only did he give us a very reasonable quote, he had the crew working on it throughout the week and finishing at the same time. By end of week we had TWO new roads: a beautifully paved driveway and a functional gravel road for emergency exit/access! If you're looking for a paving company that's skilled, reliable, and easy to work with, Peter's Paving is it. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

He was responsive and professional, which is a rare find with contractors. Plus, his crew is incredible; they even worked straight through a downpour to finish exactly on schedule. If you want it done right, hire these guys. I would highly recommend Tri City Turf, and will definitely be hiring them again once we are ready for our front yard.

When they came out to bid the job they were very kind, professional and said " no problem we can get this done and it will look great " I happen to be home during most of the work, thank goodness because I had to continuously tell the workers what needed to be done. The workers had no idea that certain areas needed to be painted even after Shane and Ken just went over this with me five minutes prior. They left and did not relay the information to their workers. This happened more than once. The house was always left a mess at the end of the day. The job was not completed on time. After they were late completing the job on a Friday night they told me they would not be back till Monday leaving my master bedroom and restroom not livable. I had to walk through with Ken and Shane several times. After the work was completed. It was done very poorly. It's been two weeks and paint is chipping off of the floorboards and other areas. I am a professional myself and have worked with several contractors in the past. I have never had problems as this. I would not recommend them to anyone. This saddens me because I found Shane to be a kind young man. His father Ken was arrogant. When I called them back and sent them pictures, Shane did say that the job should not have been left like this. I did not want them to come back and repair nor cleanup anything at this point. There were many other areas that needed to be repaired after image makers were "done " I was only able to show a few photos but I definitely have more... I honestly believe that all the above reviews are not all accurate. Not saying that they're not capable of doing a good job . My home is a high and home in a very nice area of San Clemente. I expected a much better job by image makers. I found them on Angie's list and based my on the reviews. That's why I'm giving a very honest review .I hope it helps someone else and more importantly that image makers can improve their work performance. Because Shane and Ken do not do any of the work they have the other workers that speak very little English doing the work. The workers were very kind.
